Hello,
Report for account
@Ezachiel, name of charcer on sereen.
i made a brand new gamma recruit capitan, as you can see it's created after event start
This is my second Jem'Hadar captain, and the second time he was created during an event
After completing a few achievements, I managed to check what bonuses I got with another character...
Unfortunately, I didn't receive any bonus.
There is no mention in the information about this event that it is a one-time benefit, and if someone has already created such a character, they will not receive the benefits of the event again.
Here is screen with gamma recuit comm's
That's the first thing. First problem.
Secondly, this character is stuck in some strange pose in the "ground" environment. I have visited the "tailor" several times and modified the pose to bravler or normal, the change is not "seen", the pose does not change.

For more information about Gamma Recruitment, here is https://stowiki.net/wiki/Gamma_Recruitment.
- Starfleet-aligned Jem'Hadar will find Philip Crey standing just outside Admiral Quinn's office;
- KDF-aligned Jem'Hadar will find Lieutenant Q'on standing just inside the Great Hall, on the right.
You will be able to receive the account-wide rewards from Temporal, Klingon, and Delta Recruits there. As a Gamma Recruit, your account-wide unlocks are the same as your Recruit unlocks and must be claimed from your Transponder.
As mentioned above by sthe91, your Jem'Hadar is experiencing Ketracel-White withdrawal.
Equip him with some Ketracel White, use it. and he'll recover his posture.
If you do not have any Ketracel White, speak with Loriss on DS9 to get a free stack of 20 once per day.
Completing the mission "Home" also removes the Jem'Hadar addiction to Ketracel White, but it can still be consumed for the combat bonuses as needed.
Indeed, the problem with changing the pose is the result of the lack of "white", and it improved after completing the Gamma Quadrant series of quests.
Unfortunately, I still do not have available "bonuses" on other characters.
The post has been up for some time, so far I don't think anyone from support has commented. It's a bit of a shame. Does anyone else have this problem?
I checked the availability of rewards at:
Federation - Philip Crey at Earth Spacedock.
Klingon - Commander Q'on in First City.
Romulan Republic - Subcommander Kail at the Romulan Flotilla.
As I wrote, this is my second character created as part of the Gamma Racruit event, with the first one I received rewards from the above NPCs - now I don't.
Screen from the game with my character, entered command /played
and this is the screen in the temporal agent, where you can see the available rewards from my other recruit gamma, where it works
Where is this information in the description of the current event?
I haven't seen such a record, about a one-time bonus.
I think what p331 is talking about is the fact that a recruit can only claim the rewards from their recruitment device, not both the device and the account-wide version of their type of recruitment. For instance, if all you have are Gamma Recruits then there is little or nothing one Gamma can claim from another Gamma's progress by going to the Temporal Agent.
Also, iirc, instead of graying out already claimed rewards like the earlier recruitments, Gamma only displays unclaimed rewards so if there is nothing to claim nothing would be displayed.
Something the event docs don't really make clear either is the fact that in order for anything to appear in the reclaim it first has to be claimed from the event device by the Recruit, then it will be available for other regular characters and recruits of the other recruitments (but not those of the same recruitment of course).

Account rewards earned from earlier completions of the same recruit type are not automatically earned on new recruits of the same type. You have to earn them on that specific character. That means you can't claim an account unlock from an earlier completed Jem'hadar recruit on a new Jem'hadar recruit. It's a quirk of the coding and always has been this way since re-runs became a thing many years ago. Recruits can claim account unlocks from different recruits once conditions have been met, so if you had a full completed Temporal recruit, your Jem'Hadar can reclaim unlocks after 20 hours from the Temporal tab.
To have Jem'hadar recruits be able to reclaim JH recruit account unlocks means you could effectively claim the same reward twice. Also, recruit's rewards via the transponder are generally are of a higher value than those unlocked on the account, which is probably another reason you can't reclaim the same reward.
Although, why not?
This isn't about having the previous achievements unlocked on this "new" character. Nope.
This is about not currently having the rewards from this particular "new" recruit's achievements in any character on my account-wide toons.
This include existing Jem'Hadar, Federation, Klingon, and Romulan captains... I have completed some of the achievements on this "new" character. And get rewards from gamma responder on this "new" recruit.
I simply don't have these rewards on other characters, only on this "new" captain.
Is this the first Gamma recruit Jem'Hadar on your account? If it isn't and you already have one that's earned the rewards your other characters can't claim the account wide rewards twice.
Sorry didn't read some of the earlier posts. Seeing as this isn't your first Gamma Jem'Hadar and your other alts already claimed the account rewards from that character they won't be able to claim them again from the new recruit. It's a one time claim for each alt.
I don't think it's posted anywhere (at least not that I can find easily) but it's been this way for all the recruitment events for YEARS. Each character being only able to claim the account wide unlocks once regardless of how many recruitment characters of a certain type you have on the account.
You're not too stupid to play the game just confused. It happens to everyone. Sometimes things are not as clear as we would like them to be. Generally the player base is more than happy to help each other out and explain things so continue to ask questions when things don't make sense.
