i cannot claim temporal rewards

my temport agent has done all the story missions but my delta recruit can not claim the rewards all my other alts can claim them

    Not all of the rewards can be claimed at level 20 (27 in your case). Level up some more and see if they are still greyed out.

    Did your temporal recruit already claim all of those rewards in their temporal transponder device? The recruit has to claim the things you want your other characters to have in order for them to be available to the others.

    Yes my tempral recruit has claimed them on his device my other alts can claim them

    You cannot claim the rewards because you have to be certain levels to claim them. They will unlock as you level to 65. It was changed a few years back to stop spam-creating toons and claiming everything.

    ^^ This is why you cannot claim all the rewards at level 20. Many of the rewards have minimum level requirements and will become claimable at higher levels.

    As I said, they changed requirements because people were spam creating new toons and claiming all at level 20. They are not going to change it as it is not a bug. Getting to Lvl 65 is possible in 8-10 hours nowdays, compared to over 28 hours before the new patrols went up. It's not that hard to level anymore.

    Actually, the reward boxes were level-gated to around the same level as their respective story-arcs right from the beginning.

    For example, the "Cardassian Struggle" reward box is level-gated at 35 (I think) because that's the level where the story arc used to open up.

    The level 20+ requirement to access the rewards was added a little bit later, if memory serves...

    The level 20/20 hours requirement was there straight off IIRC, and they added the level spread later after folk just spammed new characters and transferred the rewards.
