Patch notes for 4/25?

Did I miss these posted somewhere?
Starting to feel there is a conspiracy with games having downtime and no patch notes (LOTRO yesterday with 8 hours of downtime for a "new release" but no one knows what it is)

That's incorrect, it has been happening more and more recently.
And when there is no changes, they say "shard maintenance" to differentiate.
That's not what I said. I am aware that they say "shard maintenance" but there have been instances in the past where there was nothing posted at all. And pretty much every time we mods have check it was mostly backend stuff. So to me no patch notes pretty much says "backend maintenance, nothing changed in game".
I don't think there was any intent to mislead us or anything. I am a bit annoyed by the communications issues, however from what I understand there is a LOT of things going on behind the scenes.
The OP asked about the lack of patch notes today, and all I intended was to give the most likely reason for the lack of patch notes as per known history.
