since they have been sticking with the terran theme. you guys think we are going to get a terran command flight deck carrier at some point wether it be a bundle or a promo ship?
While a nice primary faction/shipyard (or Mirror equivalent that can be made that way) C-Store FDC would be something I'd be interested in, I doubt it, as it seems a retired type. They've not released one since Feb 2020 with the Legendary Temporal FDC, and that's just a variant of the Constitution MW FDC. I'm pretty sure that all FDCs getting uplifted to have dual hangars was just to dodge criticism of the Constitution MW FDC being over-powered, and now that such feedback has died down, they want to avoid such a powerful combo again, especially with the feedback on Science Carriers being under-powered. They've even re-created the class with one hangar with "Multi-Mission Cruisers"...

true they havent had another one in a long time .that being said we are talking terran here. they seem to be out of ideas and seem to just want to make terran versions of all the ships we have had in the past. when it comes to a flight deck carrier i can see them release it has an extra if you buy the full bundle
Personally, I would prefer a new Orion FDC with some elegance to it instead of just Harad Sarr's fugly barge from ENT which does not resemble the aesthetics of any other Orion ship ever shown. It just seems like they are coming out with very little current-era ships besides mirror universe ones nowadays and that gets tiresome after a while.

To each their own. I kind of like the bulky rugged original warbarge look.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
I'm hoping the Terran Nebula is a 4/3 Dreadnaught Sci Carrier. I just can't get used to using it as a 3/3 Sci Vessel.

Welp... We got the big reveal on the Book of Face, Mirror Glenn, Aquarius, and Cygnus style Gal-X are joining the Mirror Prometheus and Nebula.
Stats will be on the Livestream coming up during the week, and bundle will be available on the 16th (On PC). I think the Gal-X fans will be happy with the new customization options. If I see a news article on the bundle I'll try and link it here for you guys unless someone beats me to it.

Yeah I would love one that looks a bit like the corsair and dacoit
I hope this will be the last Terran bundle for a while.
I'd like them to design new ships, ones that are really new. Not just existing ones with a few changes here and there. The Compiler shows that they can come up with good designs, just as the Miracle worker cruisers in the C-store did, for example.
There's no need to keep pushing out the same ships and make like a dozen versions of what's basically the same ship. It gets boring and tiresome after a while.

People don't pay for new ships, though - they pay for the ones As Seen on TV...or at least ones that only slightly variate in design
Actually they do pay for new, original ships, most of the TV ships go straight to lockbox now and while those are popular with the whales they are priced beyond what the average player can or will afford. And the devs have not even gotten all of the Berman era ships done yet, even the ones they already have T5 variants in the game of and have said they were going to make T6 versions of, and rather than do them or completely original ships they have just been reskinning the same handful of hulls as "mirror" variants and whatnot.
People have been asking for more original ships in fact, like Vulcan, Orion, and quite a few others (including Romulan ships that actually have the singularity drives) but the devs do not seem to be interested in making any.
If people didn't want to pay for newly designed ships, there wouldn't be so many Juggernauts, Tzen-Tar's and faction-specific carriers etc. flying around. Or ships that were seen only a few seconds on-screen, like the Enterprise J.
Also considering how expensive some of these ships are and how much more the more standard show/movie-based designs (like the Sovereign and Galaxy) are represented in the C-store relatively, I'd say there is plenty of demand for unique Cryptic designs.
You might see more Galaxies, Sovereigns and Connies and other show-based designs, but that's just because there are so many more of these designs - and each of them has many more variants compared to, say, the Miracle worker cruisers or the carriers.
Yet, even though Cryptic-based designs are relatively rare and come with fewer options, they do make up a significant portion of what you can encounter. Despite some of these ships being much more expensive, too.

From what we've seen in the Terran battlezone the TN (Terran Nebula.. stormcloud?) does not launch fighters.
The console will most likely be either the Norway console or the console of the Sarcophagus.
I am fond of the Nebula, but as far as i can see for me the TN is the only interesting ship.
Hopefully the ships can be bought individually because i don't feel like spending funds on 80% trash.

If its like last year's pack, they will be available individually, although its possible the Glenn might not if they chose the Mirror Crossfield and gave it a new Mirror Glenn option like they did the Mirror Engle. I'm curious as to what will be in this year's full pack myself.

TBH, I wouldn't care too much if it didn't have fighters, but it should never had been a 3/3, it's way too big. Even without the 'neck' there's not that much difference in size and hardpoints between that and a Galaxy.

Seeing this talk continuing is really making me wonder about that Cygnus-style Sutherland class variant.
And if NPC ship ability use is a reasoning, do we EVER see a Terran Advanced Escort use MVAM, or saucer separation ships use theirs? (Or the Oddy's Aquarius.) I mainly only notice them using COPIOUS amounts of photonic shockwave torpedoes. It'd be awesome to see them (or prime-universe counterpart NPCs) using those abilities.

We don't know the stats of the Mirror Nebula. Its all speculation. Chances are she will be classified as a Science Vessel, but we don't know what she will have.
And we do see Prometheus class ships use MVAM, and we do see Galaxy and Odyssey class ships use Saucer Separation, if they live long enough.
Terran Empire uses the same AI as Federation, since their ships are just reskinned Federation. So they use a lot of the same abilities Federation will use. They're really annoying when the escorts use Point Defense and you're flying a Carrier with hanger pets deployed.

I was speculating too, based on what I've seen. I'd be VERY interested if the new Nebula variant was that, however.
Also thank goodness if they do use the abilities! I must have just been exceedingly unlucky in them not using the abilities even when not instakilled. And yeah, point defense makes using hangar craft even more difficult when they can already drop like flies at a moment's notice. (But it is a good tactical challenge.)

you see the rerran galaxies seperate in the mirror invasion and sometimes in the final battle in the battlezone

Already cleared up, but thanks. Sorry if I didn't really see it happening and drew the wrong conclusion. (It'd be nice to see it more, though.
