Did not receive event campaign progress for "The Feast" event

I ran bug hunt from the event menu, got a daily progress token for "The Feast", but my event campaign is still sitting at 3050 points.

    Same here. Got 2 pics after running 'Bug Hunt' once. Didn't think of grabbing one for before. Was sitting at 2900 progress yesterday, still at 2900 progress today after 'Bug Hunt' Further, the
    cooldown for 'The Feast' is preventing me from trying the TFO 'Swarm', as I read in ESD chat that some others were getting progress for their year event.

    Same, their development team is working on a fix currently. Same thing happened a few events ago that they fixed within a few days. They have acknowledged they are aware of the issue in their reply to my support ticket

    "We've received other reports of this same issue. It is a known issue and the developers are currently investigating."

    Same here. I ran Bug Hunt and didn't receive the daily 50 points for campaign progress upon completing the TFO. Since I had enough zen, i tried to simply buyout the progress, but my campaign progression bar is still stuck at 3451/3500 upon doing so.

    Edit : opened a ticket minutes ago. *fingers crossed*

    Same here after The Swarm. No daily progress.

    Maybe get the intern to bang on the server again or whatever it is you guys do instead of testing.

    Yesterday 3455/3500 did swarm and still sitting at 3455/3500, bad luck on mine only needed one day lol

    I had the same issue with the buyout: 3451 / 3500. Support gave a similar response, "It's a known issue. The development team is investigating."

    Yes, this is especially annoying when you've just spent Zen on it, thinking it would solve the matter. I really, really hope they give us those missing 50 points asap.

    I don't know if this solution will work, though, because although my campaign is stuck at 3451/3500, the daily progress bar was entirely filled after I paid, and has now shifted to Dilithium rewards, just as if I had completed the required 14 days of running the TFOs... And I have no idea if post-completion Dil rewards also qualify for a daily 50 points progress.

    You should still get 50 Campaign Points - they're a standard payout for daily event play.

    Man, I have exactly the same problem, I am a returning player and I have bought all the 5 events for total 10000 zen, I spend like 100 euro and my points are 3451 instead of 3500

    I used the Buyout option and the Feast event itself was completed, and gave me the corresponding reward (V'Ger probe module kit) before shifting to additional Dil reward.

    However, the campaign progress itself ended up stuck at 3451/3500.

    Same... I got the Daily just not the Event. Started at 2,913 and still there, should be at 2,963

    What about those of us who bought the event and there is no other way to ear more points after you buy the event? And I spend arround 100 euro for 10,000 Zen to buy all the 5 events.....

    Just got done with the event and I got the Daily just not the Event. Started at 2,910 and still there, should be at 2,960

    This is the answer I got a moment ago... It would appear those of us who used the Buyout option are not going to get any more progress... Feel free to correct me if I'm understanding it wrong, but it seems this year's campaign is screwed for us.

    I have replied to the ticket to ask for some clarification, and I do hope that i misunderstood, and that I'm still going to get some daily progress towards campaign completion by running the TFO tomorrow after the fix... But I can't be sure.

    I also got the new event daily progress but NOT the event campaign progress. Was 3250, still is 3250.
