    Does anyone knows if the new patch will fix our problem to those of us who bought all the 5 events, but not receiving points to reclaim the price?

    If you have reached the 3,500 goal you won't receive any further points as that is the event completed for you. Will ping @baddmoonrizin as I dont think meta event rewards are reclaimable.

    Ok, folks, I just had to nuke a whole bunch of stuff in here, so let's make it clear. Posting private correspondence including private correspondence from other players, developers, and customer service is NOT allowed per forum rules. I will not be surgical striking any of this anymore. Your entire post will disappear. If you quote someone else's private correspondence, your post will disappear.     From all 5 events I received only 3451 points instead of 3500

    Dear Moderator, I have purchased all 5 event for total of 10,000 ZEN and instead of having 3500 points to claim the reward, I have received only 3451 points. Will this new patch will fix that problem? I paid a lot of money to buy those ZEN so to only have my ship...

    Same here, I'm not getting any progress on either mission, bug hunt yesterday, swarm today, neither are giving me any progress. I need all the points or I cannot get the reward, (Flaming comments moderated out. - BMR)

    Thank you for addressing our concern.

    At the same time, however, I do hope a solution will be found to give us those missing progress points and give us access to the campaign's final reward. Please, understand that going through a yearly round of repeatedly farming those TFO's just to see our efforts ruined at the last moment because someone broke the system is hard to swallow ; especially when using the Buyout option, which is supposed to be a viable alternative, seemingly ends up barring us from being eligible altogether, as I'm understanding it...

    The strange thing is, nobody of the moderators answer my ticket for more than 16 hours! And spending 10,000 ZEN buying those 5 events are serious amount of money and in the end you don't have for what you have paid! Even if that's bug, that's something serious, Devs should fix it ASAP, because we talk about money!

    I think there are 2 solutions of the problem if the Devs can't resolve it. The first one is to send me the Grand Price ship box to my game e-mail so I can claim it, or to send me the desire ship I want from this box as a box so I can unbox it and have it. I think that is absolutely possible solution. Or give me back my 10,000 ZEN so I can buy anything else, it's also possible solution. But I think Devs can definitely contact me and ask me what ship I want and send it to me.

    Addendum to my last post : after running the Feast event once more today, the missing 49 progress points for the campaign were correctly added to my progress bar, and I was able to claim the final prize.

    So, thank you for fixing this. You can rest assured, I will always let it known when i'm not okay with something, but I will also always acknowledge it when someone is making reasonable efforts to solve the problem.

    So, thank you again.

    Ok, guys, here's what I've learned. The devs cannot retroactively grant progress. Also, customer service does not have the manpower to manually add it in to everyone who didn't receive progress. However, the issue has been fixed and they are adding a day to the Event to make up for lost time.

    As of today after the patch, attempted "swarm" - It crashed to desktop halfway through, reloaded before the end of the "Swarm", completed swarm, no points awarded, that's 3 days complete, no points awarded after completion, no points given by the developers for the missing points for the times I have completed already - Looks like no event reward for me!

    Will they be extending it yet another day? I get the 50 event campaign progress, but the event campaign bar still sits at 2800/3500 and doesn't move.

    Maybe it will kick in later. That has happened before when they have applied a fix in regards to an event campaign counter not giving credit.

    Played the Swarm on 6 Dec - twice. The first time it did not register completing the first wave and failed to continue. I exited and was able to start again. The second time the event completed but did not offer the marks reward and when I exited it did not allow me to play again, showed no cool down time and didn't grant any event progress.
