UPDATE today = having to do 2 Hard Reboots and still no STO to play

Just after the update today 6-2-22 and clicking on "ENGAGE" I get the black full screen and the hour glass to infinity it seems. Then trying everything I know of the only way to get out of that screen is to do a Hard Reboot. I do Not like doing Hard Reboot.

Edit - Window 10 latest updates.

    One workaround for that situation is to use Task Manager to kill STO and Arc then immediately start it up again from the desktop.

    Thanks for the help, the only help ;)

    Good idea and I have tried that every time. It Does Not Work at all. Only solution is to either use the Power option while in Task Manager.

    So it's happening again today. still no help other than from another user
