I get the feeling Leeta and Janeway(Mirror) are walking us straight into a trap.
Oh im not trusting Janeway at all I know she is up to something. Im sure her "helping" us is part of the Terran plan, or if not, part of her own "Plan B" that she had in case she was betrayed.

Given what was acquired from Jupiter Station at the end of the last mission I feel like we've got bigger problems heading our way.
I hope Mirror V'Ger has a goatie and a giant Terran cape. (assuming it is Mirror V'Ger)
So, since this is essentially a thread for the the next update, I'd like to share what information I've found from the web between youtube, reddit & twitter.
Two episodes launching May 10th
New TFO
Special event to go along with things
Noah Averbach-Katz is debuting as a new voiced Andorian character who is a member of the Terran Rebellion
There is going to be a completely new 2409 tutorial coming that will be more heavily featured on the Borg. Janeway will be voicing parts here & there.
California-Class is finally coming to the game. next lockbox is likely going to be Lower Decks themed.

On that note, heres the full list of info per the link I got from the email announcement from cryptic:
Terran Rebellion? Didn't that just re-join the Terran Empire?
More likely its comparable to the Rebellion that existed against the Terran Empire in the 2250s as seen in Star Trek Discovery. Not the Terran Rebellion that existed against the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance in the 2360s-2370s as seen in DS9.
It might even be that there are groups within the Empire itself that are against whatever the Emperor is doing right now.
I imagine the terran empire is in a near constant state of fighting rebellions.
If such a continous problems, the Empire should be in pieces, by now.
Very true, treating it as a real alternate dimension like DS9 started doing does not make a lot of sense instead of ignoring what it really was (presumably a quantum reflection of some sort as the episode name implies) and just focusing on it as more of a negative snapshot of the Federation to explore the moral issues like TOS did.

not if we're talking small scale uprisings on individual worlds etc. eneugh to keep the fleet busy but not eneugh to really threaten the empire

Also I wouldn't be surprised if the Terran Empire actively ENJOYED the odd rebellion as it meant their officers had something to do besides try and backstab each other for promotions. After all... Assassination is a viable means of promotion in the Terran Empire. But frankly Assassination is terrible because you get ambitious idiots without any actual experience potentially taking command of starships by offing their own Captains. That's probably one area where the Federation is actually superior to the Terran Empire. Merit means 9 times out of ten if someone is in a command position they EARNED it. Not killed for it.
Empires always have rebellions pop up everywhere, just a lot of the time they're rag tag and ineffective, usually coupled with being isolated. All Empires fall eventually though, Terrans kinda remind of late stage Romans.
Technological superiority and ruthlessness go a long way.
Now, if there was a more united front and they appropriated some Terran tech, the Terrans would have a problem.
I'm not sure the Prime powers have any interest in helping either, just in keeping them "over there".
I'm curious if it's just the Andorians or if other species are part of it, I think it would be great to see some pointy eared NPCs in the mirror universe.

Odds are there are more species in the rebellion. We just have one confirmed NAMED Andorian.
out of Curiosity, why is Ilia from Star Trek the Movie on the Stormfall Launch Poster?
Because she was revealed in Redshift as the target of a Terran Raid on Jupiter Station.
Ah! Spoilers! LOL

The screen inaccurate DS9 map doesn't fill me with enthusiasm for the revamped terok assault. The cramped map style never feels particularly close to the show and always ignores the fact that any walls that can't be seen by the TV camera are removed while in game they interfere with it.

A shuttle entering a station and (mirror?) Pahvo turned into a wasteland.
Well... it is pretty much a TEASER Trailer honestly. They're not going to reveal too much.
Hopefully I get to shoot them this time.

To be fair, he (kinda) plays as one when he actually plays STO, so maybe he's just naturally blue?
