There's usually at least a year gap between something appearing in a new TV show and it coming to STO. I'm certain the Stargazer, Excelsior II, Confederation uniforms + weapons, and the CSS World Razer will all be in the game eventually, but it could be awhile.

I think the ships will come fast, as they where working with CBS for months prior to Picard so im pretty sure they have the original 3D models already, the rest, yeah, it will take some time.
I'm sure they'll be coming in a shiny new lockbox (weapons at least). CBS have likely mandated it already.
IIRC they've said countless times that CBS does not and has never mandated anything to be included in the game, they've vetoed certain things from being included and helped with certain things. However including anything from Trek made after 2005 was something Cryptic wanted to do not something they were told to do against their will.
As for lockboxes IIRC only ship whose distribution method was influenced by CBS was the T6 TOS Connie, everything else has been Cryptic or PWE marketing calling the shots.

Actually based on what they've said they don't have the 3D model for the Sagan or the Excelsior II even though Cryptic personal worked on the project, they do however have the concept art.

Fair enough, I don't know the T&C of the licensing agreement.
I'm sure the weapons will be lockbox though, not much of an issue if they are. Ground stuff is relatively cheap on the exchange.
Barbie will probably be c-store though.......probably.
The devs have mentioned before that when they get the models they usually get just the model without any background or other information that is vital in order to figure out what its seating, weapons mounts, and console/trait powers should be. For that they usually have to wait and see it in the show like everyone else, so bringing a ship out in the season it appears in is probably not in the cards.

The Sagan class (USS Stargazer) is a little different in that regard because Thomas actually helped design it, but they've already said that they don't have anything ready for it yet so it's still going to be awhile.

There was something posted of Facebook that was put out apparently showing how many of each ship was in the fleet at the beginning of season 2 and the ship names and registry numbers
The weapons are the S31 weapons from the lobi store I think. They look almost identical and use the same vfx (as typical with the current live action Treks). And the uniforms are pretty much emerald chain with a motorcycle helmet 😄

it's almost like they're engaging in the time honored trek tradtion of raiding the studio props department
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I actually mentioned that in another thread - while true that they did this all the time, it never showed - at least to me - that blatantly. Maybe because they simply use the *exact* same visual and audio effects every time instead of at least varying slightly, like letting one weapon shoot a beam for once

Probably yeah. Not that it makes much sense if Q removed the reality that STO considers its own.

It is already ingame. https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Resolute_Advanced_Heavy_Cruiser
The Resolute is similar to the Excelsior II, but it is not the same. Here's the picture Dave Blass tweeted out:
And the Resolute from STO:
