Any chance we'll get the new Terran Empire uniforms and combadge?
As far as I am aware, the majority of the Terran uniforms are already existing Mirror Odyssey variants. The badge and at least one sash belt are new however. It is possible that the uniform quality was inproved over what is currently avaialable to players, but its still base Mirror Odyssey.

Might be a variant, we don't have in game, this Terran uniform has sleeves, something the current Odyssey Uniforms lack, maybe it's just the males who lack sleeves with Terran Odyssey uniforms.

Well... I don't know about the male variant, as all but one of my characters are female, but I do know the female variants do come with both sleeveless and sleeved variants on all the STO era mirror uniforms. They just are shorter than the standard Federation variants, more akin to the Enterprise era mirror uniform.
Rank insignia was displayed as gold braid on female uniform tops and command officer jackets and vests, and sleeve stripes for junior line officers.
This is not seen on what we have in game as the female top has no rank option, nor does the male top which was based on the outfit Spock wore. And the uniforms worn by "junior line officers" were just modified normal TOS uniforms.

So... yes but no?
I... have no idea what is going on.
How can the Terran Uniforms not have a rank set if they do have a rank set? The only one that doesn't but technically should is the TOS. The STO era and Enterprise Mirror uniforms have rank sets.
I don't understand what you're saying at all about them not having rank sets when they do. Unless you're trying to say they're supposed to be unlocked for other, non Terran uniforms, then no. Its never been that way. If you're trying to say that there are no presets that are unlocked when you get the Terran uniforms... I THINK there's one for the Enterprise era, but I never really use the presets anyways so I don't know. But presets have nothing to do with rank sets.
I can look at my Terran uniforms and find the rank just fine. And I have seen many others wearing Terran uniforms with rank insignia on them.
So again... I am confused as to what the problem is at all.
The TOS male uniforms probably use some of the stuff on the left side front of the tunic for rank, the female uniforms are not quite as clear where the rank insignia is. Personally, I think Uhura's snake armband might have been more than just decoration, since it is the only thing different besides color between her uniform and the only other female uniform shown, that of Marlena Moreau who is also a lieutenant but apparently not a department head.

I think the rank insignia on the female uniform was around the "collar" of the top in the form of a gold braid.

True, gold could have been used for Lt. and Lt Cmdr, silver for ensign (which we did not see any of in the episode) and black for enlisted (likewise unseen), but the armband could have designated Uhura as a full Lt or department head or possibly full Lt. instead of Lt. jg if Marlene was a Lt. jg.

which makes me wonder how'd they display ranks above a Lt. or would Terran Empire of that era simply be so sexist that there's a rule that the max rank for females is Lt.
Before anyone points out higher ranking female officers in ENT, DSC or STO, I did say "that era" so it could be a case of the TOS era Terran Empire being hyper sexist as reaction against the previous "emperor" who was female.
After all in many ways the Terran Empire is suppose to humanity at its worse so petty thing like bigotry (and sexism is a form of bigotry) would most likely be part of the mix.

Probably size of the braid or multiple braids around the black collar. I'd guess a braid at the top and bottom of the black collar for Commander, then probably add something between the braids for Captain. Or Captain gets a whole different uniform top to reflect their authority.

the Primal Casual shirt (the green one) Kirk used the wear at times seemed to have his rank as triangle shaped braid pattern (I forgot about that earlier) so what you say is possible, shame we didn't see any.
Also, will you be updating the Holo-Mirror Leeta bridge officer to her new look?
My understanding is that newly claimed Holo-Mirror Leeta boffs DO use her new appearance, but it's not retroactive for boffs already in use.
So... in other words, I have to delete my Holo-Leeta BOFF and then reclaim her?
Has this been confirmed as working?
I don't know if you can delete and reclaim or not, but I just claimed Leeta for the first time on an old, old toon that never had her, and I can confirm that both face and uniform are new and updated on the newly claimed Leeta.

Um... I have to say that is incorrect. They don't exist for normal FEDERATION uniforms. But they exist for the Mirror Universe uniforms.

Has the shoulder ranks.
The TOS Mirror is really the only one I can think of without rank. According to Memory Alpha...

The DSC era Mirror uniforms had no visible rank insignia, and seemed to rely on the complexity of the officer's armor to denote rank.
