Freedom Class coming to Lobi store

Not 100% sure but it sounds like this is only temporary.

    No mention of the price and:
    during this time period, you'll be able to exchange that Lobi for the Freedom Class Explotation Frigate!

    That depends on if she will be staying in the Lobi store that long. On the other hand... it really wouldn't matter one way or the other because the Freedom would be one of the options FOR the Meta Event.

    This will be a 1,200 Lobi Ship availible for 960 Lobi during this sale and then gone. Just like the Tzen-tar and Bugship.

    Even if the opportunity is missed, both the Bug and the Tzen-Tar have returned to the Lobi Store on a few occasions. This one likely will too, it's a perfect candidate for this type of promotion. A good ship that some people want, but not good enough to be picked over other options in the box.

    If I had the lobi I probably would get it (I have a character it would be perfect for), but I don't open lockboxes and the lobi from last year's event mostly went to getting the Iktomi I had an eye on for a while.

    I'm honestly panting over the Franklin. I don't rate the JJ-Verse (that Disney is planning to make another in the JJ-Verse saga is depressing), but the NX-01-esque of that ship and especially now, a STARFLEET feeling ship is just so refreshing. I'm excited for it...but am having to grind like crazy since, "Unlike other Lobi Ships, this one will be character bound" etc, so I can't even get one off the Exchange.

    If only instead those horrible space crystals, the event rewards was Lobi...I played the space Pavho earlier and it's tediously drawn out and dull, but I'm stomach it for a great prize at the end.

    Well all I can say is thank you to however bought the 2 I listed on the exchange made me 1.15 billion ec last night.

    Where are you getting that from? All Lobi ships are character bound after they are unpacked from a tradable pack. The freedom is no different. Valiant also said she sold two. Looks like they are listed on the exchange as "Special Requisition Pack - Freedom-class Exploration Frigate" and run from 530,000,000 EC. Just search for "freedom" and they will pop up. Again though. they are character-bound once unpacked. So please be careful.

    Only a half a billion EC though. It will probably still take some grinding.

    Shame I don't have the lobi...I kinda want one but mostly just for the console, which means 2 billion+ is out of my price range.

    At the moment they're selling for 500-ish mil on the exchange. Adding them to the lobi store has (temporarily) driven down the selling price.

    Most were 500+ Million on the Exchange. There was one lone one for 450 Million, I picked that up.

    With at least one exception I can think of, the T5 Dyson 'event' science destroyer variants. No clue why those are still in there, they should be moved to phoenix UR or something.

    No, and according to the description, the pack from the lobi store is "bind on pickup".

    If fully confirmed, that's good to know, because the description is different and implies the pack itself is to be bound:

    EDIT: Checked the exchange and indeed, the description remains. I guess it's either an incorrect copy-paste or it wasn't supposed to be tradeable.

    I immediately but the Pack in the Account Bank and did not get a squawk. Bound to Character would not allow that. Also, I bought the Freedom off the Exchange.

    It is worth it, because I'm loving it. I opened Infinity Boxes, sold the stuff inside (always worth looking to see which Traits are too 500k and 100,000,000) and actually got enough Lobi to buy one on one toon and off the exchange for another.

    I'm sure the bind it a bug, so be careful anyone of putting it on a toon you're not willing to open it on.

    The Trait is a lot of fun, because I always appreciate evasive manoeuvres...although I am used to brace for impact keeping you practically still, so that caught be out earlier.

    The ship looks really Trek, the nacelles spinning look great and it's a five and three weapons. I also discovered something, which might be a bug. I used an experimental upgrade token on one of the ships on one toon and then found that I could upgrade the one on another toon for free. I checked, because I also have two Marquis Raiders and it seems that you can freely upgrade the exact same ship on different toons.

    If you're ever going to be willing to spend to get the Lobi to buy it, do it today or tomorrow, but the hike in price would make it tough to justify doing.

    If you T6X ANY Ship, that same ship is T6X upgradeable by every other Character on your Account for free. It must be the same ship. That is, Regular, Fleet, and Legendary versions of one Ship are all different.
