Launch Problem is still there

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
after all this time and all these people reporting it, the launch problem still has not been fixed.

    Your post is pretty vague. Launching from Arc? After Arc ? Which is it ? I have no issues, so wondering exactly what you are experiencing.

    the "black Screen" problem several other people are having.

    I am having a problem launching the ARC interface to even start the game. Once i click on the Star Trek Icon it wants to start an update i am assuming for the ARC interface, but is never able to finish and says that, "an error occurred please try again."

    It's already been said several times, by several people: STOP USING ARC!

    I am doing double login. First time I get black screen and spinning blue loading wheel that produces nothing. Task manager to shutdown app and second try will get app to properly load.

    Yeah I can confirm the same happens to me. Go through the same process to get in the game.
