Re-Download

Howdy all. How do i re download STO back on to my computer? I can't seem to use my existing Email address so do i have to get another Email account just to get the game back?

    You can use the stand alone installer to install the game - Click Here.

    That will get the game installed.

    To play the game, you will have to log in with your email/account and password. If you no longer have access to the email address on your account you will have to open a ticket with support and see if they can change the email address linked to your account.

    Installer is non responsive. I downloaded Arc in the hope that would help and after changing my password it locked me out!
    Every search just takes me back here to download Arc again.

    And now it doesn't recognise either my login name or the twice changed password! aarrgh!

    Others have had issues changing their passwords and contacted support where they were told that there is currently an issue with the password reset. I suggest you do the same and contact support.

    seems like I cant open a thread but I still have problems download the game,
    The loader always starts downloading and then stop after attempted failed and quits after to many fails.
    Its weird.
    Can anyone help me?

    Have you turned off On Demand Patching in the Options section of the Star Trek Online launcher and then turned on Force Verify, clicked Save, waited for it to patch, and tried again? It might be corrupted files causing this problem. Thanks. :)
