Thought tomake this thread because well I'm sure you guys have faverites if you have seen it I just watched the first eight episodes. I personally loved Laris and Zhaban and hope they find some way to get them into the game. Because of the name Sake Picard is Number one on the list and well I added other characters from the show.
Which Character(s) from Star Trek Picard do you want to see added into Sto? 44 votes
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch." "We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"

I would have said Icheb or Hugh, but they are out of the question.
Not necessarily, I'm almost positive at this point that they will be officially declaring STO to be an alternate universe once STP season 1 is over, in which case both of those characters could still be available. Both of them have also already appeared in STO (Hugh was in a Delta Rising patrol mission that was apparently removed at some point, and Icheb is still in-game on one of the space stations though he doesn't have the correct implant on his face).
And Hugh's Patrol in the Jarleth System was closed months ago. Didn't know why at the time, but you do now.

I thought Icheb was replaced with some random NPC recently.
At the very least he was still there a couple days after the applicable episode aired, cause I tracked him down in-game and gave him a /salute. So if he HAS been removed it was within the past 3 weeks or so.
I haven't seen a single episode yet as I'm waiting until the first season appears on blu-ray - as I don't want to spend money on a subscription for one single series.
I'm not a big fan of subscription services anyway - I had one for Netflix and they took too much content offline, promised stuff that never materialised or only ever put parts of series online.
So I hope they'll hold off on adding Picard-related stuff for a while. It would be disappointing if the game were spoiling the new series for those of us who didn't immediately go and see it when the first episode was released.
Seven with a human personality. It was odd that she was still boderline borg in the delta arc but that was probably for the fan service and nostalgia factor and chances are that's not gonna get changed. I liked her in the latest two episodes.
I'd also say Picard but he's already over 100 years old by now, nearing 110. Let that man get some rest. Also "our" Picard has a vastly more pleasant life so I'd be glad to know there's at least one version that didn't get screwed over by all sides.

All of them but i think Commodore Oh would introduce an interesting aspect to the game
Your pain runs deep.
Let us explore it... together. Each man hides a secret pain. It must be exposed and reckoned with. It must be dragged from the darkness and forced into the light. Share your pain. Share your pain with me... and gain strength from the sharing.

I'd love to have Raffi in STO, though not necessarily as a Starfleet Officer.
Laris and Zhaban would be wonderful to have, too.
Soji I don't particularly like, but the idea of Soji (and Dahj) is pretty interesting and would make for a very nice story to work with.
Agnes is... meh, atm. Not gonna spoiler anything, but she's got a really big apology to make, no matter what she "saw".
Rios I can do without - both in the game and in the show - to be quite honest.
As others have said, Commodore Oh would be interesting so... why not? No sunglasses though, that's just stupid.
As for the Lannisters... I mean, Narek and Narissa, my fleetmates and I are currently in the process of choosing the most painful way to kill them so... nah, I'd prefer not to see them in game.
Not agreeing with someone doesn't give you the right to be an TRIBBLE.
Ci sono tre tipi di giocatori:
- quelli a cui non va mai bene niente... e vanno sul forum a trollare;
- quelli che sono talmente imbesuiti da credere a qualunque cosa i dev dicano, perfino che la luna è fatta di formaggio... e vanno sul forum a trollare;
- quelli che credono a quello a cui è giusto credere, sono d'accordo con quello con cui è giusto essere d'accordo e sono critici con quello che non va;

Aww but Comodore Oh looks awesome with the sunglasses.
Her sun glasses would make for a nice cosmetic item.

Nooooooo, no sunglasses!
Though yeah, they'd make a nice comestic option to have!

When I saw the sunglasses, I thought of Mirror Lorca.
It's ironic that Data would have been perfect for STO, considering it's voice acting, so there's no need for CGI de-aging, wigs, makeup, etc.
But alas, he's only a dream (wouldn't it be ironic if Picard had a 'positronic neuron' of Data in his head, giving him his visions in the pilot episode?)….

There is likely pricing and if the actor is willing to do it. However one of the conditions I guess for Picard. I read this somewhere was that he would'nt be resurrected. So his Nemisis sacrifice not be in vain. So we got to see him in Picard but as a Dream Sequence. So in essense Data's Actor pretty much wants his ultimate sacrifice not to be in vain.
I'd say either Rios or Raffi because they're atypical as far as UFP based character go and thus could create nice dynamic with our captains (at least the FED ones).
Jurati seems like she'd probably want to stay as far away from civilized space as possible in 2411 assuming she survives season 1 that is.
The Lannisters of Romulus seem like they would't fit STO story as active characters
The rest of the new characters I don't have an opinion yet.
I'd prefer them to decidate more funds toward game improvements and such, than wasting it on voice overs.
my opinion is paradoxical; i would like to see all these characters added to STO, but I also agree with Trennan.
Maybe a compromise will be found. Anonymous/basic characters (Tal shiar, Fed, Zhat vash etc.) in STO who would talk about STP characters.
You're going to find out that she is Mirror Georgiou's descendant.

Loved the back and forth between them too.
Soji has some potential, depending on how the story plays out.
Raffi I could see being reinstated into STO's Starfleet, along with Rios. Elnor would also make a good addition to the Republic as a contact.
As much as we would all love to see Picard himself... depends on how the story plays out, as well as cost.
