Locked out of game - OTP missing

STO started asking for a OTP despite never having to enter one to play before. Of course said OTP never got to my mailbox. Not a spamfilter issue as I get OTP for website login without any issue. Checked my Arc account detail and it's the right one, I keep getting ARC promo messages on a very regular basis. Small detail: launcher doesn't display my username like it used to do before. Only display guest0123456789#0123, with numbers being different every single time I open the launcher to play.

    Same here waiting for reply from support,i'll be peveed if the only work around is messing around with email when this all seems to be on arc and cryptic side of things

    I had to make a gmail account to get the code , ive now changed it back to my original email now its sorted so i get current updates and so i do not have to keep logging in to gmail which i never use

    I have the same problem. I never received an email. I submitted a ticket to support and I'm waiting for a reply.

    Yep, can't play the game I've spent money on over the years. "One time code was sent to your email" but no. On Arc defenders side I'll get the 5 digit pin, but when ingame on STO I never get it. Support tells me that they can not do anything. Changed to gmail and back because gmail change didn't work.

    In my case I changed the password as I suddenly got logged out. No problems at all getting a link typing in the new PW for Arc website and change. Security code only if they see its a new computer ip or so. But even when I sign in to the website I cannot sign in to STO .
