Mention of a city... but... still no real clues as to who it is and what's going on. From the previous transmission its definitely something with Borg Tech and experiments, so... maybe Romulans are involved?
I can usually see an image made for Magic Eye, but not this one. Are we sue it's not meant for VR Googles use? It looks to had a third distortion image.
btw - I cannot use VR. It makes me queasy and gives me strong headaches.

At the end of the third transmission, we hear another voice say one syllable. I think it might be saying "James". So, the main voice is part of an experiment involving the Borg. Evidently he was not armed, and there is something repetitious about it, like a time loop. The main voice is trapped in all of this, so I maybe his transmission is a call for help. The voice sounds old, and old fashioned, and he's done something legendary in his past. If he's an android, he has emotion. I'm guessing this is a transmission from someone who was sent to infiltrate the Borg...and it's not going well. Fascinating, Captain.

I tend to agree. Something big with the Borg is coming, given the announcement of the new Lockbox.
I really hate to say I told you so, but I did say a large amount of borg content was coming with all the hints they've been putting out there. The lock box only confirms it. They wouldn't be doing that unless whatever is coming is significantly borg related
