I bought it less than 24 hours ago, equip it, and been using it, was queuing for TFO and hope for ground battle, suddenly the cannon its missing, it's been change with my old vaadwaur pistol, and i can't find it in my inventory nor item on retrieve. Please check and see my purchase on Lobi store.. i love that cannon..
I am sorry to learn that you lost some items when they did not transfer from your old ship to your new one. I've raised your concern to the higher level of support for recovery of your items and have yet to receive a response. For now, may I ask you to please post a new forums thread about the issue on the official bug reports forum. This way, other players would also be made aware of the issue and they can provide additional feedback to it. outdated report, pls remove: "I bought a tulaberry at the exchange for 4,999 EC. Yet, I can't find it anywhere. It's not in my inventory, not in my bank, not in my mail, not even on the "Drag item or click here" tab on this window. I have a screenshot of the logs in chat and it includes the message "Item acquired: Tulaberry. You lost 4,999 Energy Credits. You made a purchase successfully!" For some reason it also says, "Item acquired: Tribble [tho]" and I do have a Tribble [tho] in my inventory but Tribble thos don't cost 4,999 EC on the exchange! What is this and how do i get back my tulaberry??"
It doesn't take a genius to figure this one out--a tribble ate the tulaberry as soon as i bought it and turned into a [tho]. Not a bug, just an unfortunate incident. Friendly tip for new players: did you know tribbles eat any food in your inventory? 'Cause apparently they do.

I know it seems trivial compared to the others' complaints of losing an entire fleet of ships, but i hope it gets fixed all the same. Energy Credits don't grow on trees, y'know. That's gotta be in the Rules of Acquisition somewhere.
Tribbles eat Tulaberries for breakfast. Make sure you do not have a tribble in your inventory when you have food items in there as well. This is not a bug, this is Star Trek.
Lost an Item today. I lost the Counter-Command Deflector Array. Darn thing just up and disappeared right in front of me when I went to install it. VERY frustrating but hopefully Ill be able to get it back. Its not like there is a transaction of my selling it or anything.

I was asked to come to this forum and log my bug.
A few days ago, my fleet colony world reached level 5 in Morale and I was at last able to purchase a Kentari BOFF.
I did not have any open slots, and I have grown oddly fond of my BOFFs (even Ignatz, my former Romulan Elachi), so I decided to buy a couple of slots to accommodate the Kentari who would make me invincible in Space.
Unfortunately, I misread the tooltip and instead purchased two CHARACTER slots, instead of Bridge Officer Slots.
The Senior GMs have elected to do a one-time refund of the ZEN I wasted on the Character Slots, according to the email. It hasn't appeared, yet, but I am confident they will live up to their word.
Getting old is not for the faint of heart.
While upgrading other ship weapons my Elachi Subspace Torpedo Launcher was discarded. I went to look for it in the retrieval area of my replicator and it was not there. The system message showed it as being discarded.
So i guess this is where i leave my post about selecting the elachi sheshar command dreadnought cruiser but i got the Intel ship instead. i was told by support i need to post here so here i am
I bought the Tactical Escort Refit when I reached level 61 but didn't get the ship, and by extension the popup proclaiming ownership of said ship, and had the token removed from my inventory.

I went to equip my Omni-Directional Tetryon Support Beam Array from the Competitive Wargames set, and after double clicking on it, it vanished. I checked older ships, personal and account bank, and the reclaim tab of the Replicator, but there's nothing there.
Yesterday when I was logging into the Launcher, I read the posts that stated that there was a sale and bonus Zen if I charge. I charged up and logged in and entered the game with my character Selaara@mawby. I immediately purchased two Key Ring Bundles on sale and then was immediately disconnected from the server (Server Connection Time Out). When I logged back in, I checked my inventory and the key ring bundles were not there when I checked the Zen store I did find that the Zen was deducted from my account. The Specifics of the event are:

Lost Section 31 Vanity Shield

Time Item was noticed lost 8:30 AM Monday December 30, 2019
Was in the process of leveling up a ship to level 5 to gain the ship trait. Afterwards I removed all the items from the ship and placed them in my inventory, so I could dismiss it to make room for another ship. When setting the new ship up, the Section 31 shield was no longer in my inventory. When I checked on some of my other ships it showed up in the visual tab, but indicated it was not on that ship. When I clicked on it, it then disappeared from the visual tab. I checked the retrieve tab but only the items that I had removed from the new ship were there.
Just filed this bug report "Missing Dithium"
As I am typing the email I am also looking at "Genie-P's" Exchange history. If you will take a look at it you will see that on 1-8-20 I was trying to sell 1000-Z for 425 each (ID#5640). One 1-9-20, after seeing it had not sold, I returned the 1000-Z back to my personal balance as it reads "Sell offer canceled returned to Exchange Balance"(ID#5640) after which I then returned the 1000-Z to my personal balance. However, you will also see that the system, (I unchecked "transfer all" box) unilaterally transferred 19,004,151 dilithium from the Exchange Balance to the Personal Balance of the "Genie-P" account. However, the balance in the Genie-P account only totaled 10,000,000 Dilithium and the Exchange Balance was Blank (0) therefore causing the remaining 9,004,151 dilithium to go MISSING. However, when you "rolled back" the Genie-P account to 1-8-20 for a "possible fix" it DID put the Genie-P personal account back to its original balance of 129,966 but the entire 19,004,151 exchange balance was completely gone. I then tried to sell another 1,000-Z at 422 each (ID#5641) hoping the sale would rectify the glitch and put things back in order but as you can see it did not. The Genie-P account now stands at 551,966. I would really appreciate any help you can provide in returning all of my dilithium (19,004,151) to the Exchange Balance. Thank you.

I bought the Outfit from the lobi vendor, Na'kul Operative Uniform after i opend the box i went to the tailor and i do not see it anywhere to wear/equip the outfit? it's not in the list to equip the outfit i cannot see or find it under any selections on the character i bought it on! I have done all the things the GM Help asked me to do now i am being asked to post my issue here.

So yesterday I went to exchange 170 Phoenix Box Uncommon upgrades to Phoenix Universal Tech Upgrades, and ended up losing 140 that did not appear in my inventory. Anyone else have this problem??
Today I purchased Picard Bundle and cannot claim the Miradorn raider from the Zen store under the T6 tab like they directed after the purchase. It doesn't even show up on the list to claim it. Again anyone else having this issue??

ive recently returned to game after a 4 year departure, on my character "Idhasr Kahn". my risian corvette ship is missing from roster and selectable ships. i have it on unlocked on every character on my account, i unlocked them the first year they were available, 2013-14 i dont remember exactly, it being years ago. my other characters seem unaffected and still have their corvettes. recently i tried to get another corvette to replace missing one with rewards from the pheonix boxes, but all other pheonix box ships are available to buy except the risian corvette, like i already own one on this character. i do not rmemeber ever deleting such a ship, as i have all my other ships from early game still. i have used the ship on this character before, and have already checked my inventory to see if it had gotten boxed up or something, and its not listed in roster or dry dock.
ive even tried going to risa to see if i can reclaim the missing corvette in game.i would at least like to be able to buy the corvette in the pheonix boxes

Tribbles eat Tulaberries for breakfast. Make sure you do not have a tribble in your inventory when you have food items in there as well. This is not a bug, this is Star Trek.
