    Bundle 3 has been sold out since 15th probably around or just after 24:00 (BST). So you're saying you bought one around that time? I bought one and had no issues receiving the codes and that was at 22:00 (BST) 10:00pm. Maybe you should contact support and show them the receipt of your payment order to prove that you should have received Tier 3 bundle that you claim to have bought. It will have the date and time of when you placed the order and they will be able to confirm if there were indeed large quantities of codes available during that time.
    I know what I should have. I bought bundle 3.

    Yet you said they had "over 1,600 of the second tier available". That isn't tier 3 so maybe you should get your story straight.

    You certainly never hear it referenced in any of the series.
    So that villian was defeated long ago if this is the case.
    According to the novelization of First Contact, it was even eliminated before that, before WW 3, as it's mentioned Lily's mother had it. It was even easily treatable... but then things went straight to hell when the war happened and the treatment became unavailable and they didn't become aware of it because it was considered a basic and simple shot and they didn't expect stocks to disappear, and she died from it.

    It would be nice if the old Groupees codes worked. I'd love to give them out to people.

    Okay got the bundle opened the box got the shield and pet and supposedly the ribbon. Now where do you find it in the tailor nope not there under any uniform option. So where is it?

    The ribbon is in a box, too.

    Otherwise, it should be there for the usual uniforms.

    For Klingons, it appears on the left arm like all badges when the top allows it (not many, though).

    For Feds, it works on the older uniforms (Sierra, Antares, Jupiter and co, including the Terran versions) Odyssey variants, Terran TOS (clipping a bit, though), every TOS uniform, including the ripped ones, Bajoran, DS9 (except the Admiral one), Enterprise, S31, TNG (even the Skant version, but not the season 1 uniforms), (slow) Motion Picture, closed WoK, DSC (not the Terran), Wells.

    It doesn't work with the rest, though, like Intel, Kelvin, Dyson, Jem'Hadar, etc.

    Romulans get it for normal Reman and Romulan uniforms on the left arm, as opposed to the chest.

    Well, they had problems with delivering the ship codes with over 2k bundles left and even before they got a new batch of the second tier codes yesterday, i got my codes only after i contacted their support.

    I guess @macknzycalhoun has to do the same to get his ship code, and it looks like he's not alone, going by the chat on the groupee/sto page, others are also still waiting on their codes.
    I do believe in killing the messenger...

And it also looks like groupee is having the same problem right now again...

    So, where did all those codes go?

    I doubt that the regular player is going to get any answers on that from groupee, but if Cryptic wants to work with them again, they might want to ask them to explain it.

    I got two sets of the $5 packs. One set of codes worked, but the other codes come up as invalid! Emailed Groupee 2 days ago and still yet to receive a reply.

    I got the $1 bundle, but when I enter the code, it says "input a valid code".

    1: Make sure you're not copying the dates attached to the code and there isn't any spaces.
    2: Make sure you're redeeming it on a PC account only. This code isn't for consoles.

    Maybe they gave them a second batch of codes because the first sold out? I know the Tier 3 was sold out by 730pm on the 15th and the second tier early on the 16th. Maybe the offer was just more popular than they anticipated, there doesn't always have to be some kind of conspiracy.

    If that was the case, why did the problems with delivering the tier 2 ship codes start when they had over 2k bundles left from the first batch? And why did i and others, that donated for the 5$ bundle during that time, had to wait for the second batch to finally get our codes?

    Or why did some players get the tier 3 bundle although it was showing as sold out, but others that have donated for it while it was showing as still available didn't get their code?

    If you're logged in to Groupees, then you should be able to find it under your purchases. I believe that you have to click on "reveal code" in order to see the code.

    I got the Shield, Tribble and Pink Caracal, but can't find the ribbon in the Tailor? I looked under "Badge." I am a Fed. I don't remember a separate box for it. Is there a reclaim capability?

    sooo very sad I missed out on being able to purchase the pink vanity shield (my fav color!)... been very sick last few months. Caught up on past news & when I saw the pink shield I got soo excited... until i learned the sale is over :'('''. really hope they do this again next year!
