I wasn't able to play for a few days. I would've loved to get one of those bundles. But no. Limited Time and limited amount. Why? Is your database somehow limited to generate codes or what? You can easily get the ships for less than $99.00 with a ship sale. The ship themselves aren't a rarity except the pink vanity shield, badge, tribble and pet.
It was a much cheaper deal but the ships themselves can be obtained. People are complaining like they lost out of rare super unique items like it was the Vizier Command Assault Cruiser Promotion. I missed out on all the Mirror Universe unique rewards including Mirror Universe Guardian Cruiser etc. It happens and it isn't a injustice that you didn't get them, only that you were really unlucky.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I just went to the Goupees site and it appears there are now more of the $5 ship bundles, 2824 as of me writing this. I was planning on getting a couple of the $1 codes since the ships were gone, one for my main account and one a secondary. But now I may have to get those since it is for a good cause.

When i made my donation the tier 2 bundle was still available with over 2000 on the groupee counter, so i should have gotten the vanity and the ship pack codes without any problem, but i didn't.
I contacted the groupee support, and now received the code for the ship pack and could claim them in game as advertised, which is great, but i'm really going to think twice about participating in any other STO promotion from now on.
Besides, as mentioned before, some players still got the whole 10$ bundle while it was showing as sold out on the groupee web page, while others had to contact the support to even get the 5$ bundle while that was showing a sufficient amount of bundles left, and that's just messed up...
So this is a really really great thing you're doing, but next time, please make the higher tiers unlimited, or at least make more keys and stagger the releases so that everyone gets a chance at getting it. Some of us have jobs and had absolutely zero opportunity to grab anything aside from the basic bundle.

Yes it is Cryptic fault its just like the old flash sales where depending on what timezone you are active in it was impossible to take part and buy the larger pack or take part in the old style flash sale. Which in turn reduced how much is donated.
I do like these events but they could be handled a little better which would in turn increase donations.

After donating, how do you download the items you have?
If you have claimed the codes you received from the Groupees My Purchases page through the PWE redeem page, then you will find some items under the Promotions Tab. The ships will appear under Ships once claimed from the Promotions tab.

You can still get the Tier 2. There are 1900 codes left, all this self-pity about getting store ships that literally can be gained in-game for free is really starting to get ridiculous. I hate to see what users would groan about if it were exclusive ships like the Pop Culture Hero Coalition charity. Oh nm, they probably complained there too.

And limited quantity is a normal thing for these kind of charity promotions. I guess it encourages people to donate quickly, and keeps people on their toes to donate the next time something comes around.
Besides, the only things that really matter (the ribbon and the shield) are unlimited. Just like ribbons in real life, you get to wear it to show solidarity/support.

That doesn't sound like a very fair practice if that is the case. Not that their support has bothered to respond. I have the receipt which states the time it was complete, which was well before they were sold out. If they don't respond, I will not be donating anything through Groupees again.

groupees website says the ships are limited to not just time... there was a counter for available units left. the vanity pack is unlimited.

Yep. That was the thing. But I have to say, Arc support helped me out quickly. I was impressed.
