- In the newest episode, you will create a hologram of Paul Stammets in order to help you on your adventure
- Stammets in the game is “sort of a fractal of him” - Rapp
- Rapp says he was inspired by @BrentSpiner performance of Data to play the evolving hologram recreation.
- Originally, Rivera wanted to get a prequel to Stammets in game, but the IDW team had a work in progress.
- The U.S.S. Somerville, from @IDWPublishing Stamets comic, will soon be in game!
- The mycelial network is going to be making an appearance in the newest episode!
- The next season is called “Awakening”, and patrols are getting a revamp! They will function like mini-TFO’s. They will all have interesting mechanics and last about 8 minutes.
- There will be a new TFO, and playing any combination of Patrols and the new TFO will advance you in the new EVENT. It will last roughly as long as a Summer/Winter event, and will grant you a new ELACHI SHIP
- Will “Picard” affect STO? “Not sure yet...we’ll see how much we’ll have to retcon some of it. But you know, it’s Star Trek...so if we have to do multiverse kinds of things, we’ll do multiverse kinda of things...We’ll make it work!”

Looking at all makes me wonder, seems like no KDF ship will be added in 6+ months other than the Sech class one that is already on Roadmap along with Engle as bundle. No Romulan/JH ones there too. Unless they got some they will add they didnt mention or show. I can see a D7 on one of the screens but this is already ingame.
The Hoover class was already recently released, Som. The Edison class Temporal Warship is the 25th century version of the Hoover.
Maybe it's because of the rumored merger?
And well, a bit disappointed overall(1 ship KDF which is the Sech on roadmap, 0 Romulan and 0 Dominion) but I knew there were little chances to add something I really like or at least for my Faction(5 out of 6 toon are KDF or KDF alligned). On the other hand at least they keep adding things and I like the flight deck update.
Hopefully the storyline isnt 2-3 episodes only cause if we take roadmap into account whatever episodes get added will be the only ones for 6+ months till january
The new Elachi T6 event ship is a player version of the Qulash Frigate Though it's likely being upgraded to something that's not a fighter/shuttle, so expect something like....
T6 Elachi Qulash Scout Ship or Science Vessel
Look at the front of that ship then match it up with what you see there, nearly a perfect match. Of course the model will get upgraded, that always happens when NPC/enemy ships get turned into playable ships, we seen it before.

It would be at most 4 months.
With the coming of the Engle, is that a test of releasing a C-Store Ship of lesser capabilities than that of a Prize Box Ship (Mirror Universe Engle-class Strike Wing Escort)? The possibilities for crowd control, maybe??

I would have preferred the flat one you see in the air over Virinat, but the Qulash would be good too, especially if it is science of some sort.
It looks good, like a modified D7/K't'nga. Some old mirror universe designs are cool(I had bought the mirror Vo'quv just for the skin) but the fact they cant get to T5-U makes them otherwise not useful, but of course everything released now is T6 anyways
Maybe the kelvin D7 will be made easier to get than the Disco one, to sorta make up for the "Sorry we pulled an R&D one yas!"
As the Franklin existed before the split in 2233... Prime Timeline she is listed as MIA still. So she would still be on the surface of Altemid.

The ships you waited for comment, unless they got more they didnt reveal, was sure way out of reality - and maybe shows a limited contact with playerbase. Then again, they check only Reddit, not their own forums. As I see it there arent ships most-wanted for Federation Captains, KDF captains(t6 vo'quv, t6 kar'fi, t6 kamarag and many others), Romulan captains or JH captain. They CAN of course make these new ships so good quality that people will love them but the statement of "you waited for..." is weird and stretched out of proportion. On minor things they also mispelled Feh'kiri and J'ula on the roadmap, lol
On another note, what is Star Trek Online Legends? The expansion/season after the Awakening?

I agree it is a blanket statement. For all they know I'd been waiting for my own Borg cube or Warship Voyager, Tinman or that weird Whale ship from the Star Trek movie or a flying Dyson Sphere.
