T6 Captain Proton's Rocket Ship and a new expansion?

I don't know if this has ever been mentioned before, but...can we have Captain Proton's Rocket Ship in the game? I mean, a whole expansion of Captain Proton...Satan's Robot, Arachnia (I KNOW that Kate will never do STO) and her Spider Ships, a Pheromone Kit Module, Proton's Ray Gun, a Death Ray, an excuse to get Robbie McNeill to come back to the game; get Jeri in as Constance Goodheart, Garrett back too and obviously you have to have Robert Picardo as the President.

Doctor Chaotica...camp as Christmas and you could give him amazing storylines. Absolutely there could be an invasion from the Fifth Dimension!

I don't know...maybe I'm the only one who hasn't really enjoyed the Discovery expansion, because the whole premise of Discovery and the series itself just has just been a little unpleasant, but something kitsch and fun like a Captain Proton expansion? Queen Arachnia costumes, a CP one...it would just be such a refreshing thing and a great reference to Trek in its gorgeous prime.

I just think the only way for Trek to go forward is to look back on itself...to when it STO-having-been-created-in-the-first-place-worthy :-(

    It would be interesting in my opinion, but even with a best case scenario i'd be 6 montsh away.
    More likely is a captain proton holo for the ship.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Plus Lighting 3.0 Black & White Mode™, and lots of opportunities to sell more off-duty/Holodeck theme outfits.


    (Holodeck Adventures was one of the fun expansion sets for the Star Trek CCG. :# )

    Too gimmicky to be honest to belong in normal gameplay. The ship itself would be not much bigger than a Runabout. Possibly as a Q event, but this far....no further.

    Still a bit surprising that we haven't had some sort of Holodeck episodes (not just the 'we used the Holodeck for this simulated mission' thing), given how many times that kind of stuff showed up in TNG/DS9/Voy.

    (On the other hand, I suppose it would be resource-intensive to make, since it would mean lots of non-standard costumes & scenery. And wouldn't tie in to any of the longer-running narrative arcs.)

    well, it wasn't the whole mission, but we DID use a holodeck in beyond the nexus - TNG holo-effect and all​​

    More DS9 we got enough Voyager TRIBBLE...very lame DS9 didn't get more episodes compared to Voyager in this game

    I've always had a soft spot for that whole retro aesthetic and feel, so I totally support this idea. Heck, I'd even be willing to spring for a mini pack with weapons, costumes and ship skins, even themed doffs!
    Resident TOS, G.I. Joe, Transformers and hair metal fangirl.

    And knowing is half the battle!

    Maybe as a one off featured episode in which we fly our own ship with the visuals of Captain Proton's ship. I wouldn't expect anything more than this. And even this is a remote possibility.
    When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

    Those episodes of Voyager are terrible and consistently ranked low among Trek Fans. An entire expansion based on that content would be brutal.

    I'll take more DISCO content any day!

    that was about the only thing that saved that episode...

    It would not be bad for some event prize set or something, and the clothing (in color) would not look out of place on an Orion considering the crazy tiaras and whatnot they have already.

    I think the devs said they'd considered it, but decided that making an entire mission worth of B/W assets wasn't feasible, and a special color filter would have to be a post processing effect.

    I'd love to have the robot as a bridge officer , even a pet if possible .

    I don't think it would even have to be black and white...you could have a "Now In Colour!"
