I admit I can't quite see the angle here, but the one thing I am sure of is that Cryptic is profiting off this change, or WILL profit from it soon. They're like Ferengi-anything for profit.

retrain tokens is only 5 to account. not character.
I'm saving up for this pack on both my accounts. The LTS and the F2P. I'm refining and converting dil-zen, so will have it on my F2P in a few days, depending on how the market goes. I'll just save my stipend on the LTS after I purchase the Odo J-H.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.

Yep, if you or any other players(customers) are/were near any of the hundred day amounts for the next tier of veteran perks you are screwed unless currently subscribed & maintain being subscribed, or buy the $300 Lifetime subscription. & guess what, Cryptic knew very well it was placing certain players(customers) in that predicament & did it anyways. I still think this maneuver by Cryptic is not a single action but going to be part of a series of implementations done in the next few months. I also think Cryptic should've from the get go of executing this decision stated to bump-up all former normal subscribers to the next tier of veteran perks. Of course, Cryptic has never been too concerned with customer service if they already have acquired your money! All that being said, this Elite Starter Pack does offer a good value for what it offers & it's price. Of course it had a lousy introduction with all the "bugs".
While it was still available, I think most of us have at least done the one month subscription to unlock the perks that went along with it. During the month that I was subscribed, I didn't see any substantial benefit to continuing the subscription. I was still subject to just as many SNR disconnects and really didn't have any appreciable improvement in game play. I get it that Cryptic needs cash revenue to make the game worth the investment. After all, they are a business and must make a profit. I've just always felt that there were better ways for me to support the game while feeling that I was actually getting my money's worth. I'd much rather spend $30 on a T6 ship that I can enjoy permanently on all my toons over two months of a subscription that really nets me zero benefit. For that reason, the Elite Starter Pack is a great move in my opinion.
If you break down the 900 day veteran threshold, that comes out to roughly 30 months or about $450 given in support of the game. At $300, the Lifetime Subscription was a much better deal as it gave full access to all of the benefits for a lower investment. Cryptic has always kept tally of all the transactions for each account and knows how much each player has payed for products in support of the game. In light of the loss of the option to make a new monthly subscription, I would like to see the Lifetime Subscriber be altered to a Lifetime Supporter benefit that would trigger once a player has spent the equivalent of a Veteran Subscriber ($450) or could still purchased outright for the lesser amount of $300. That would not only encourage members to continue to support the game financially, but would also give a firm goal for them to aim at. After all, I'd wager that many of us non-monthly subscribers have given much more in support of the game by way of ship purchases etc. than many of the monthly subs. I wonder, how many of the monthly subscribers continued their subs once the Veteran benefits were unlocked? Can a player that has never bought a monthly subscription yet has purchased $450 or more in merchandise really still be considered "free-to-play" or are they, in fact, a Veteran Player?

You should be good. I was a 400+ day sub and had bought extra inventory and bank slots on some of my characters, and account bank slots as well. My max totals on best characters were about like yours, and I was able to use the Elite Starter Pack on all my characters.
Note that the new Retrain Tokens are account-wide; so for the 5 new tokens, while each character will show an increase of 5, it's the same 5 tokens reflected in each character's total. Once one uses one of them, each character's total will drop by one. I don't know which get used first, by the way: individual Retrain Tokens (such as our advanced-while-subbed characters have), or account-wide tokens. It would be nice if we could get an answer on that subject.
Either way, by the numbers you posted, you should be safe to buy the pack, and use it on all your characters. Enjoy!

You log into your account via the web just as done in the past & it is still under Manage last I checked about a week or two ago.

Asking because it arrived on PC with surprisingly little fanfare for what is a great purchase around the 3rd week of the RR episode and after delta recruit event was on the go?
Blog posts for console seem to be missing, last weeks FE update was awol which was annoying as the weekly token never appeared and this weeks has no forum thread linked to it.
Or has it been delayed because the horrendous lander page is even more obnoxious and pointless on consoles? After all they have the 4 sections twice due to the double login process that happens.
would like to clarify that if a character has any of the included slots from the pack that are maxed out, players will be unable to claim the pack. Unfortunately, this is working as intended and we will be unable to remove your previously purchased slots.

as i have understand this, if any one char has max bank and inventory. the char must be deleted to purchase the pack for the acc ?!.
but such a char would be the main char and deleting it would not be an option!
so i would suggest a new zen store option of the elite starter pack for us lifers. that would not have the restrictions!

not sure which ship rewards you mean. Is it the veteran ship?
If it’s the veteran ship and your monthly sub is still running and active you’ll still get the ship
Okay, apologies if this has been answered but searching isn't giving me anything clear - now subscriptions are going away for people not already subscribed, what is going to happen to veteran rewards? I was quite keen on the idea when I saw them and have recently started playing, but it seems I won't be able to get that stuff now.

As far as I know they've not said what's going to be a replacement for the subscription.
One of the VIL previews I saw had the obnoxious lander showing an advert for a store based VIP so I suspect that they're possibly going to copy neverwinters system of having the "sub" being a monthly zen purchase with perks tied into that.
Really don't know why its been so long between the sub going away and the new system arriving as while its not around they've reduced potential income sources unless they're taking time to make sure the exchange doesn't stagnate at the max level. To my mind if a shift like this happens it should be done within a month and if it wasn't ready don't follow the SOP of shove it out in bits and hope for the best.

1200 zen is even a greater deal than the decent 1500 zen.
