DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED Cant get on holodeck now

Getting this error on Tribble since Tribble had its large patch a few week ago, now I’m getting it on holodeck after today’s patch. I was able to get on holodeck this morning before today’s patch and now I can’t

Fatal error direct3d driver returned error code (dxgi_error_unsupported) while creating d3d device

    also getting this error.
    forcing DirectX 9 from the command line didn't fix it, neither did using the 32 bit client or launching in safe mode.

    I’ve had this on tribble. I’ve been able to get on holodeck fine for weeks and weeks and even this morning. Patching the game this afternoon and wham can’t get on

    I got the same error today after the downloading the patch. Everything worked fine before.

    yep, one guy on facebook says his entire armada have the same issue

    Same issue, was playing perfectly fine before patch. Just tried running the game and it's giving me the error. Granted, my laptop has some trouble running the game as is.

    Also the same here. Intel HD graphics. Worked good today before the update.

    Hope you can fix this asp.

    Same here. worked fine before patch. After patch, not. I tried updating, All drivers are good and software is up to date.

    i was going to try and use microsofts basic dispaly adapter but windows keeps updating back to intels graphic driver

    This is not a driver problem, the game worked perfect before the update.

    Cryptic need time to fix this.

    well guys i tried to used microsoft basic display adapter but i think all graphic setting might need to be set really low thats on my intel hd 3000

    nope cant play with that basic adapter. it works to get in game but wont be able to play the game

    Yeah hopefully lol, I saw this error when I tried to go on Tribble weeks ago even posted in Tribble bug forum and must not of even been noticed. I knew this was gonna happen soon as it come to holodeck and it would effect far more people

    Oh well bedtime for me lol see if it fixed for tommorow after work

    Same here. I got a DXGI unsupported error when I tried to log into Holodeck. What does it mean?

    im guessing theres no fix for intel hd graphics. i might have to dust of my old machine and try thst sfter the patch

    I’m taking my laptop in to get windows 10 removed and back to windows 7 next payday too much hassel

    yup same for me, working before patch, can't get in after patch. Hope they try to fix it to day but I have my doubts.
