it seems the launcher is down anyone else having issues logging on?

    Yes, it doesn't want to start the game. I tried running the Client manually, but it crashes. I'll play anything else.

    I am having an issue with the Patch server. Not sure what's up. Might try again later.

    Yea... I'm experiencing a bit of this too. Today the launcher couldn't even connect and I had to wait a few minutes before trying again.

    This happens from time to time. What works for me is just wait a few seconds or two minutes and try again, it's probably fine then.

    I got a "not responding" disconnect last night at the next-to-final ground stage of "cutting the cord" last night, but logging in put me right back at that point in the episode.

    A thumbs-up to the devs for having made big improvements to resuming story episodes over the years. I remember back in Ye Olden Days of 2012 (maybe even 2014) when a disconnect meant you restarted the episode from the beginning. Very annoying for a 30 minute episode.

    When playing this afternoon there was a fairly laggy period, tholian RA was literally unplayable.

    Then the account server wouldn't even log me back in. Connection my end was fine.

    Guess it was in one of it's moods.

    Cant get it to connect at all... Was working fine a little bit ago.

    Update: Had a few friends try and they cant connect either.

    Been having issues with it for the last couple of days but really bad today, client keeps freezing when trying to load the endevour and then have real problems trying to connect again.

    I was just on. Didn't like the independent launcher at all. Got a not responding on that.

    Arc went through OK though.

    Tribble is out though.

    Arc and Steam all use the original launcher, there are no differences.

    Been trying to get on for a while now, no dice. I tried both the launchers and neither one will work. Can't connect to the patch server.

    STO, Neverwinter and Champions all having the same problem. Other ARC games dont seem to be having the issue.

    I am finding that the launcher is hit or miss. Problem started last week. Sometimes it works but half the time it does not work.

    Same here....10:45pm eastern and I couldnt get the launcher to start up a few hours ago...and just tried now and still the same. Was fine last night.

    The launcher, meaning STO and neverwinter, are both failing to contact the patch server. Multiple accounts, midwest area.

    I am in New Jersey and I click the launcher and nothing. Before it succeeded, now it will not. Please fix this Cryptic or better yet tell Cogent to get their act together. Also extend the Phoenix box event because of this snafu better yet instead of it being per account make it per character and do the same with the Endeavors. Thanks. :)

    I'm in North Carolina, and I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Guess it's bedtime until Cryptic decides to show up for work tomorrow.
