A idea on the upcoming expansion "victory is life"

So with this new season, Hopefully we will get the Gamma Quadrant, Now what id love to see done, is keep it like they do in DS9, the only way to get into the Gamma Quadrant is thru the wormhole.
What id like to have them us do, is to enter DS9 System space go up to the wormhole, enter the wormhole then transfer to gamma quadrant, and have the visual fx, of us going in and exiting the wormhole, would be awesome.
Obv also have the transwarp option, for shortcuts, but id love to use the wormhole option as its just awesome feels like ur part of the show :)

    I know weve had the mission "into gamma" and where we fight the true way in the wormhole, but still.

    I think it's very likely that we'll get to travel to the Gamma Quadrant through the wormhole in DS9 System Space, but I also believe we'll get a direct transwarp to the Gamma Quadrant in Sector Space at DS9 as well.

    I can see them either adding another interact to the DS9 approach or adding the wormhole as a seperate entity. They might also make the actual wormhole IN the map a gate as well for those people who like their immursions.

    Well yeah they could put a wormholein the sector space new ds9, but if memory recalls, DS9 isnt in orbit of bajor its in orbit of the wormhole, so they should move ds9 and bajor further apart and have the wormhole in place where bajor is currently, then when u fly up to ds9 ul have the option either going to gamma quadrant or DS9, with bajor just have it a bit further away, not too far just so u dont have it where it currently is.

    I would guess that the new sector block will be bigger than Delta, but still smaller than Alpha and Beta.

    It will most likely work just like the delta quadrant entry from the iconian gate. A simple button for direct a map transfer. Any possible cutscenes or more complicated travel procedures will only appear in an introductory mission. And there will be transwarps.

    Honestly... I kinda wish they'd replace the old Transwarp portal with the Temporal portal. MUCH higher quality and better looking.

    Also doesn't have anything to do with my love of Wing Commander. B)

    they need to replace the slipstream effect too...it's very low quality and possibly also doesn't look anything like it did in voyager (i don't actually know because i haven't seen that particular episode in years)​​

    That's for slipstream though, which is used in sector space. Transwarp isn't related to slipstream. But we still need the transwarp effects looked at.
