The the RKT does a roll to the right, and fires a Overcharged Phaser blast into a cruiser, punching thru the aft shields, and knock her systems offline as the back half of the ship is in a pile of scrap traling the front of the Allmander Cruiser.

The New Orleans and and a few cruisers and escorts have the PDS and are link the the RKT ADFC, meaning fighter, bombers, mine and targetable torpedoes are being shot down.
