No it's not been scrapped. There would have been massive outrage if it was, plus Cryptic would've have made a press release. Be patient. It can arrive late sometimes.

As a lifetime subscriber we normally receive a 500 zen monthly disbursment, why was there no disbursment for this month? I normally receive mine around the 20th of each month I still not have received mine I use these disbursments to ugrade fleet properties.

Try sending in a ticket about it. Someone else started a thread about this as well.

They do sometimes get delayed, but by five days, wouldn't hurt to send in a ticket.

Stipend should be done automatically once the account is flagged as being an LTS, doesnt (or shouldnt) need any human intervention so using events or episode releases as an excuse cant hold any water at all.

I tend to let mine build up but it does appear to be late arriving as well.

There was someone else yesterday that had the same issue and there's a thread on reddit about it as well (that was some days ago and I'm too lazy to go dig it out). All got their Zen by making a ticket. Apparently something's borked in their system causing delays, but as mine now is nearly a week late I'm making a ticket too after maintenance if it's still not there.
It seems to be a pretty widespread issue, bit just among LTS but normal subscription too. So I'd recommend all checking if they've got what they should have

You know, there have been a couple other months where I've thought that I didn't receive my lifetime sub monthly stipend, but assumed it's an automated function, so figured it was my imagination.

This is the first month where I've thought it and had it confirmed by a lot of other players that it is, in fact, late.

Make me wonder whether those other times were really my imagination or whether I've been hosed.

I suspect this has happened to me as well. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any kind of account history we can check to make sure we are getting the zen properly.

For this month, if we are missing it, do we NEED to put in a ticket in order to get it, or was there any mention of the fix applying across the board?

My advice is if you have not received your 500 zen is to send a ticket. Sure Cryptic/PWE have confirmed on Reddit that they are aware of the situation

but how long do they need to fix the issue ?.

Will backdating it and applying it for Feb cause Feb's zen to not credit ?

for 1st time in years i missing my montly zen of 500 suppose to be on the 27th i did not recieve mine for january. i commented on a bug thread in the bug section, but devs dont reply, does anyone know how we can get this fixed?

Mine usually slinks in around the middle of the month but turned up a week late. Chances are that means my stipend will now hit around the tail end of the month instead.

My guess is they were moving the database of LTS accounts over to a new machine and dropped the stack of punch cards near an air vent.

Hopefully they are fixing the system for everyone, but to be safe you should put in a ticket and mention you did not get your monthly zen. Mine was answered and the 500 delivered within a couple of hours (not saying yours will be that fast, depending on time it goes in, just that they are reading and responding fairly quickly to this).
