All three factions have reached out to their allies - the Tellarite, the Orion and the Sulliban, to produce three new Cruisers, each with their own wing of fighters.

Not going to win any awards on looks, either..
@sunseahl is probably losing her mind for at least a solid 3 seconds.
(Cryptic always seems to pick the most horrible angles to post for the ships, imo. Show very little of interest.)

As already stated since no statistics were mentioned no one knows whether these ships will be subjectively good or bad.
The one struggle I've had with anything carrier-wise for STO is that you have to be specific in your Skill selections to optimize any Carrier abilities which negates another possible good choice then decide if it's worth it since so many carrier things are "gamble" rewarded.
I'm glad Cryptic is weaving-in some of the more peripheral lesser focused-on factions though into the newer designs & these ships do look interesting ... so far.
Hopefully those that will automatically buy these will enjoy them, & I'm hoping that the next reveal will offer something that separates these newest ships from the previous versions besides visuals & a console/BOFF slot.
Hopes dashed. Maybe next time!
Hoping the stats are respectable. Assault cruiser sounds like it'll have a tac bent to it after the engy slots.
Will be interesting to see how it differs to the tac leaning command cruiser.
Why the command cruisers for KDF weren't Orion based I shall never understand.
I'll continue hoping per my sig for the cool looking Warbarge Dread will become a playable ship. One year...

I doubt it. There are no Caitian/Ferasan bridges either

Would have rather had something Vor'Cha or Nova based, it's really time.
I suppose I'll end up buying them to satiate my collector instinct. Or maybe I'll wait for a sale this time? (Unless they are already discounted on the first day).
Considering these are Cruisers and not Escorts, I don't see any kind of rehashing going on.
Losing faith in humanity, one person at a time.
Now... where's my Nova? The Vor'cha?
Then again it might be Orion, in which case I don't get why it's so different from all other Orion ships. Basically the Suliban is the only one easily recognisable.
Yeah, the looks of the ships make me confused...
Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.
Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!
It will probably be more akin a Command Cruiser light, but with the new miraculous repairs boff slot instead of command.
As i already own all of the Orion FDC i am very interested in the new Orion Ship, but as i mentioned in the General discussions topic i don't know what to think of the Tellarite and Suliban Designs.
Will hold off on the purchase though since i recently purchased a cross faction flagship bundle and the kitty is empty for now.
Also.. Stats please. (don't forget to include an article about the new miraculous repairs thing.
It's so good to see the Forum's pet pig finally get his own pig ship. I'm happy for you
I just hope that the starship trait won't cause too much lag. Not that I know much about these things, but that trait looks like it will need continuous updating with even the slightest movement.
They were green in Enterprise.
They were, but not bright green, more a dull/dark green with bright green nacelles on the front sides of the ship and big impulse reactors on the rear, a bit like 24th century Romulan ship color on the DD's and later Valdore types.
Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
Also, I dunno if it's just me, but the Orion ship looks NOTHING like all the other Orion ships.
I have to say though, after playing the amazing Stellaris Mod - Star Trek: New Horizons - seeing the inclusion of these allied ships in STO is causing my geek-cup to flow-eth over.
To me so far they still sound too familiar to the previous bundle, but as always for at least me, the statistics matter more. We can only pilot 1 starship at a time after-all until Cryptic gets innovative & allows some sort of wing-man function for our other owned starships to be used. I still like how Cryptic is incorporating the other lesser factions even if it is in a small way & the 3 ships do look pretty good so far with me liking from best to worst: Pralim, Blackguard, & Silik. We've had very limited angles though so far for viewing. Interesting Starship Trait too & I wonder if it will be useful for Carrier pilots.
Think you meant this link:

But kudos on the Perry Rhodan link! Good to see someone has taste.
Things I want in STO:
1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!
Wow that does look similar to the Tellarite vessel.
As has been covered by a few other responses, this is the screen-accurate material.
However, we're also including a more subdued material (which has a more brownish hue), as an additional option for this vessel, since we understand that may be what many players expect. I think this is actually the Arkonian material, but is among the top results if you look for "Tellarite Cruiser" using any popular search engine.
It will have a standard Warp Core. This means it will not have access to Singularity abilities, but will have Cruiser Commands.
More details will be included in the Stats blog!
All three of these vessels are canon designs which appeared on-screen in episodes of Enterprise.
