Okay, just curious here. I understand that the new featured episode started on Tuesday with the Season 13.5 update (July 18th). Which is fine. Then the 2nd week rewards were made available on Thursday July 27th. Which is fine as well. We got two extra days to get week 1 done. But now we have Week 3 rewards available on Tuesday August 1st? We lost two days in getting our weekly rewards done. And now I imagine since I wasn't able to get the weekly rewards done "in time" they are lost to me. Is this correct? I just need to know for future endeavors so that I we're all on the same time table. Thanks!

No, week 2's rewards were available last Tuesday. It said so in the game at release that each new week's rewards would open up on Tuesdays. It really only matters for the weekly reward box, and you have all week to claim those, though I'd imagine that it still confused some people.
This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

I think that's one of the new So'na ships.
Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.

It's an interesting set. One question remains, however: why is there not an option to choose an omnidirectional beam or a turret to fill the '360-Degree Disruptor Energy Weapon' portion of the set? The Krenim Temporal Manipulation package (ODB or turret) offers this, as does the Quantum Phase Catalysts set (beam array or DHC). In fact, a lot of prior sets should be 'expanded' to make them usable across a wider variety of builds...

I'll admit I'm confused by Cryptic's timing on this Featured Episode Weekly Reward schedule.
I wish Cryptic would use some forethought in announcing when using erratic scheduling which I'm sure is necessary sometimes.
Perhaps I just missed their announcement or maybe it's in the actual mission's description which would be my "oops".
I would've adjusted my schedule & completed the mission sooner.
Normally the new week starts with the weekly maintance.
I'm suprissed to.
They didn't help matters by waiting until Thursday last week to put up the blog about week 2 rewards. Luckily, I read the dates in the mission window and noticed that it would be updating every Tuesday rather than Thursday.

When a new Season, half-Season, or Expansion drops it does so on a Tuesday. A new Episode starts then too, and the subsequent Week Rewards and Featured Episode bonuses release on the PC Maintenance day of Thursday. This is an aberration (in addition to the way the Weekly Rewards drop - the Console and Bat'leth on every run).

I agree that Son'a Support Frigate looks good though even if it's just art & not a model.
There's a model in the game. I'm surprised it wasn't tossed in as a T5 or something. It'll probably get used as a carrier pet when they release the Dread(that thing that looks like the collector).
No effort was put into this whatsoever. Disappointing.
The Martok Beam is not red. Despite the icon, you did not even bother to fix the color of the weapon's firing graphics (edit: the same happened with the torpedo as well).
Additionally, it is a Very rare that only has two mods [Arc] [CritH], not three.
To add injury to insult and injury? The damage on it is inferior not only to regular Mark 12 omni-directional disruptor beam arrays, but even to white MkXI Disruptor Beam Arrays.
No special abilities, strictly inferior statistics to all alternatives, a 3pc set bonus that is inferior to simply using any other torpedo with those bridge officer abilities (or have you forgotten that torpedo BOFF abilities do not offer as much of a bonus as energy ones, but also only apply to a single activation of a single launcher) and thus in some ways punishes using it over other launchers, and without even the right graphics. All this on a mission whose rewards list is still bugged.
You don't even get an F for effort. You get 0. The console was a good start, but these last two weeks were simply pathetic. Whoever told you they were ready lied to you so they could leave work earlier.

Still haven't sorted those immortal klinks that let you go grind beans, make an espresso and come back to the PC before they start to lose even a fraction of health.
The issue was so easily avoided by the simple solution of a door that needs closed to stop a stream of spawns, just give zero drops and less xp from kills inside the prison since there's plenty of places where that already happens.

It is the same as the other mission reward omni beams. They are weaker than the crafted ones, probably because you (or whoever crafted it) had to invest a lot to make that crafted one.

I'm planning on replacing my counter-command turret. (They give me the option of a disruptor or phasor turret, but it has to be a turret.)
mission reward omni's have the same pew pew power as a turret. always been the case. only way to get 3 omni beams... borg, crafted & mission. they should allow you use equip 1 of each of the mission reward omni... since they are only as strong/weak as a turret...
crafted cannons are suck... you can only use 1 and the rest of your cannons are stuck at 45 degrees.
but I guess the worse of the crafted would be the space set... for it being crafted, it's nothing special. rep & regular mission rewards are better or comparable.
So I just compared the Omni beam with the other ones, and it does have 3 mods. [Arc][CritH] and [Dam}. It has to have {Dam] because it does the same damage as every other mission reward Omni beam, and they all have [Dam}. So, I guess the complaint about it is that it isn't red.
Yeah, the inclusion of the Klingons to fight here just shows how lackluster pre-F2P enemies are compared to post-F2P ones. Once their immunity wears off, they are like wet tissue paper compared to the Tzenkethi.
As for their immunity, yes, Captain Hindsight could easily tell them how they could have avoided this problem if they had just built the whole mission differently, not the way that they planned and built it. They wanted the turret mechanic, not an endless wave that you have to do something to stop, so that's what we got. It's annoying at times, but they eventually lose their immunity, and this way they got to put in the accolade for getting killed by the turrets, which is probably why they designed it that way to begin with. Aside from that, an endless wave that you had to stop would have been too reminiscent of Installation 18, and we can't have all prison missions be the same, can we?

Just ran the mission again. It's called a Son'a Support Frigate - I take it it's not playable?

Either its 3rd Mod is [arc] or it trades the third mod for the Omni.
