Comments
I assume that means that Red Alerts now use the inferior matchmaking system, now?
If this is the case, did you fix the problem with the Borg Red Alert putting you into a level 60 instance, but down leveling you to 50 so you face enemies 10 levels higher than you in normal difficulty?
That is the reason why people used the sector space queue instead of the match making system...
Are either of these related to the crashes that people are seeing on Risa?
Crashing on Risa Resort map.
Currently, players are scaled down to level 50 in the normal version of "Mirror Invasion". Does this mean that players will be scaled up to level 60 when the event runs next year? Is this a level 60 queue now?
Can we please get upgradable versions of the Herald Transphasic Torpedoes that come with the Herald ships? =(
It SOUNDS like it's being borked like the RA's are (where if you queue via UI, enemies are all 59 yet player is forced down to 50, having to deal with the considerably higher stat enemies (HP, Shields, Damage, etc) while having their own stats pretty much crucified. Hopefully it will be forced level 60 though.
Or a way to get upgradeable ones (E.G. If you own a Herald ship, you can purchase Purple Mk XII's in the Dilithium store for say about 35,000 Dil each (sort of like Spiral Wave Disruptors)). Same goes for any other item that is ONLY obtainable in Mk X white (Voth Chroniton-Transphasic Torpedo for example) that comes with Lockbox/Promotion! (R&D or DOff box)/Lobi ships.
At the moment it's pretty much a tease, allowing us to have it, but only one that hits like a tribble. This to me is worse than not having it at all, as it gives us false hope.
Any chance you could add kobali outfit or as a featured episode re-run reward?
Should fix 99.9% of the lost item issues as most of them are user errors. However, I lost an item upgrading once. Also lost a console from an expensive lock box ship on that same character.
EDIT: console issue was user error. In my bank now. derp.
Now there's an idea. Why it was Limited Time Only (and Single Character) baffles me.
Any console from a Lockbox/Lobi/Promotion! ship can be re-claimed from the Dil Store's Reclaim tab, assuming you still have the ship (not sure if Drydocking counts for reclaim).
I still have my ship (t5 jem'hadar dreadnought). But I don't have an option to reclaim the console. I tried dry docking and re-docking but there still isn't any console (either greyed out or normal) in the reclaim tab. Probably got borked when the t6 one came out. It's like the console is lost in an invisible overflow bag or something.
To stay on topic, I am looking forward to the next phoenix event. I'm missing the season 5 doffs in my doff collection.
EDIT: I'm stupid. The console is in my bank.
Details:
However, the JHAS has no console and the JH t5 dreadnought has the "Command Interface" console so I have all of what I should have.
Likewise, I find it funny that you spend the time to write so many redundant complaints on the same thread and yet can't take the 10s to run it through spellcheck.
Anyways, it looks like a pretty benign bunch of changes, though I could see the item protection catching folks off guard if they enable it and forget.
Oh, so this is all frustration about having to spend more than you'd like of your fortune on decent weapons? Sounds like we could have shortcut all your prior comments for some more precise feedback to the devs.
Where is the ISS Stadi or the Mirror Universe Agony Field Rifle.
The Kobali Uniform should be added back to the 'Dust to Dust' Episode as a first run automatic reward that doesn't need to be selected. 'First Run' is for any Character running the Episode that doesn't have it already unlocked. Should never have been removed in the first place from the Episode.
Fix for the Mok'Bara Klingons on Risa.
Special Consoles, Rewards, Admiralty Cards consistently added to the Dilitium Reclaim Store upon unlock by ownership regardless of source of the ownership.

Right now, Herald Transphasic Torpedoes have a cool visual FX, a cool sound and Torpedo Spread allows you to launch a lot of them, but they hit less than a Doff thrown through the airlock into an enemy ship.
EDIT: Oh and fixing the edit bug of the forums? Will it ever happen?
You do realize that, like in the Red Alerts, players are automatically scaled to lvl50 in this queue, right?
THIS!
Don't believe the lies in this forum. I am NOT an ARC user. I play STO on Steam or not at all.

For that matter, the Borg Red Alerts sometimes refused to activate when you click on to join the queue. I'd rather it be like it was before when the Red Alert in Sector Space did not link up with the PvE queue thing.
This particular bug is really starting to wear thin for me now. In all honesty, this part of the patch should never have been forced on us until the level scaling bug was fixed. It's not just Borg RA either, the Tholian ones are also affected. The infuriating thing for me is that the RAs are now the only way to get Lukari marks as basically no-one queues for the 2 Lukari PvEs and the Battlezone is still not right either.
Any word please @borticuscryptic or @ambassadorkael#6946 if this is being worked on, and when it's likely to be fixed? Or at very least acknowledged as a "Known Issue" in the Tribble or Holodeck patch notes?
