I would not mind seeing the Atrox get a ferasan themed skin a and either a engineering or tactically oriented layout, while having both ship variants gives you access to both ship's parts or design choices.
Also a tier six heavy cruiser(Cheyenne/Dakota/Stargazer update would be quite nice, even if it were done as a shifting it from being a heavy cruiser to a battle-cruiser. Also though I would love to see patrol escort update, which maybe has a console/trait set-up that benefits strafing tactics, while also even having a updated system using the locked fourth rear weapon slot kinda like how the heavy weapon slot works. Like the tier five refit has the rear cannon, while also the tier six might have a rear beam-bank or dual torp launcher, which can be switched out in the locked rear-slot specifically for them.
Definitely seeing some releases of ships that use design styles of different races like vulcan, Andorian, Bynar, and what not would be nice. Also seeing some of the race's that have had exclusively released one type of ship, like seeing a Orion science ship, or a gorn cruiser.
Also I would not mind seeing them release a temporal full-carrier from the same era as the Wells/mobius ship line, which could give access to either a wells or mobius frigate pet with owning it.
The remaining Wolf 359 ships, especially the New Orleans, would be welcome additions I think. While the devs already stated that ships from other games aren't likely to find their way into STO I'd like to add that some Klingon Academy and Star Trek Legacy ships are really nice desings that would lend themselves nicely to STO. Ships like the Lexington Command Cruiser, the Yamato and Proxima Battleships as well as the bigger Klingon capital vessels. But there are also some nice designs within STO that are not yet playable. We are still missing out on the bulky and aggressive looking Typhoon and the Klingons are also missing out on some nice Orion and Gorn ships, like the Balaur dreadnought.
C'mon Cryptic, the Typhoon Battleship is the most aggressive and badass looking ship in the entire Starfleet. How could it not be playable!?
And don't forget about the Jupiter and the Balaur and every other awesome NPC ship that absolutely deserves to be playable!

T6 Stargazer, Wells and Charal! That having been said, now. I hope that they FINALLY increase the inertia of the Stargazer, Dakota and Cheyenne to 50 ( since they have the same number of crew (when crew were a stat) and it being smaller than the Excelsior).
Tal Shiar Science Warbird: full Intel specialty ship, with a flight deck, Singularity Core & Battle Cloak, followed by more with Reman and Romulan designs. Roms & KDF have nothing comparable to the Scryer.

Hello rubber banding my old friend, time to bounce around the battlezone again, where are all my bug reports going?, out of love with this game I am falling, As Cryptic fail to acknowledge a problem exists, Shakes an angry fist, And from Support all I'm hearing are the sounds of silence.
Sona, the Promellian battle cruiser ship from the TNG ep booby trap, Husnock warship from TNG ep Survivors, Tamarian deep space cruiser

There are so many ships, it would just be easy to say ALL ships ever in star trek.

Close the exhaust port? Where exactly are you gunna vent the exhaust then?
The weakness (well, sabotage) is that the port leads to the main reactor, not that it exists. There will be millions of them all over the station.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.
