General:
- Queuing for a PvE or PvP queue has been changed.
- Players must check the box to the right of the queue then press Join Selected Queue.
- This is a work in progress and what is on Tribble is not the final result.
- Resolved an issue that was causing Mk XIII and higher Starship Shields to drop to unexpectedly low capacity values on some ships, when entering maps that artificially increased or decreased the player’s current combat level.
- Editing a comment in the fleet roster is now done through a popup.
- This is to help alleviate issues where players logging in and out caused the wrong comment to be edited.
- Resolved an issue where the tailor would not recognize a name change done to a player’s Bridge Officer.
- Foundry:
- There is no longer an Undine Dromias Bio-Cruiser that mistakenly thinks it's a Dervish class.
- All ships in the Costume Editor now have proper geo.
Systems:
- The Experimental Proton Weapon can now be upgraded using either Beam or Cannon upgrades.
- The Heavy Escort Railgun can now be upgraded using either Beam, Cannon, or Projectile upgrades.
- Added higher-denomination Elite Mark-to-Dilithium conversion projects to all reputations:
- The existing project, 3 Marks = 1,000 Dilithium, remains available and unaltered
- Two new projects are now available and will only be available if the captain has enough Elite Marks to complete them:
- 30 Elite Marks for 10,000 Dilithium
- 60 Elite Marks for 20,000 Dilithium
- The Lukari Reputation is now at the bottom of the list in the Reputation UI.
- Tribble Test Vendor Updates:
- The Tribble Test Vendor on Drozana no longer sells Omega Tech Upgrades, and instead has "Tribble Tech Upgrades" available, which can be purchased up to 999 at a time and give more Tech Points and Quality Improvement Chance
- You can now buy up to 100 Dilithium, Expertise and Energy Credit Tester Packs at a time
- Dilithium, Expertise and Energy Credit Tester Packs automatically open when purchased
- Reputation test packs no longer cost 1ec to purchase, and are now free.
- Added a Heavy Weapon slot to qualifying Tier 6, Tier 5, and Tier 5-U Starships.
- Newly commissioned starships will come pre-equipped with one.
- The Dilithium Store now has a Heavy Weapon available for free in the reclaim tab that can be equipped on any starship with a Heavy Weapon slot.
Powers:
- Mine Launchers now display the range at which the mines they launch will acquire a target.
- The Conn Officer that reduces the cooldown of Tactical Team on activation now additionally gives a buff to Starship Weapon Specialization after using Tactical Team for a short duration.
- The passive Energy Weapon Damage Buff from the Weapon Stabilizers set bonus has been increased.
- The Tetryon Glider Proc now only scales with Drain Expertise, and its overall shield drain amount has been increased.
- Resolved an issue where Attack Pattern Lambda would play debuff FX on yourself in some cases.
- Resolved an issue that would cause Phasic Artillery to give a different amount of Temporary Hitpoints to Torpedoes and Mines based on the ship a player was in.
- The amount should be better afterwards in all cases.
- The Undine Deflector's Accuracy Rating buff is now 10 instead of 5.
- The Multi-Regenerative Shield Array set bonus from the Assimilated Borg Technology now additionally cleanses DoT's.
- The Secondary Discharge Capacitors Set Bonus from the Terran Task Force Starship Technologies set now gives +20 Shield Capacity and Drain Expertise instead of 17.8.
- The Plasma Conductive Circuitry set bonus from the Romulan Singularity Harness set now gives +10% Plasma Energy Weapon Damage and +20 Starship ElectroPlasma Systems instead of 8.9% and 17.8, respectively.
- The Bio-Molecular Enhanced Defense set bonus from the Fluidic Counter Assault set now gives +10 Defense Rating instead of +5.
- The Bio-Molecular Enhanced Precision set bonus from the Fluidic Counter Assault set now gives +10 Accuracy Rating instead of +5.
- Resolved an issue that could cause the Quantum Phase Torpedo not to drain shields when fired via High Yield.
- The Gravimetric Photon Torpedo now tells you the radius of its explosion under High Yield.
- Resolved an issue that could cause Weapon System Synergy to sometimes give you multiple stacks or fail to give you stacks when firing an energy weapon.

I just have no desire to PvP in this game again...
now ONLY scales with DrainX? what else did it scale with before? and as always...how much is 'increased' in actual numbers?
#LegalizeAwoo
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch."
"We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
You know the drill.... You're meant to guess and then realize that nothing changed at all..
With these changes to the PvE queuing setup, would it be possible for us to start private versions of most of the maps solo? There's a few of us that enjoy the challenge of solo runs, and it'd help save us the trouble of needing to find 4 people to join and warp out.
All three give the same at the base
13.1 EPG
13.1 Drain
listed below are what you fully upgraded as
[Inhibiting Competition Secondary Deflector Mk XIV [CtrlX] [EPG/ShdHeal]]
[Resonating Competition Secondary Deflector Mk XIV [CtrlX] [EPG/ShdHeal]]
[Deteriorating Competition Secondary Deflector Mk XIV [CtrlX] [EPG/ShdHeal]]
the Deteriorating should be Drain x2, since that would be used on a drain build
The Inhibiting should be Control x2, since that would be used on a control build.
The Resonating Should be SndHeal x2, since the wou8ld be used on a heal sci ship
There is plenty of ways to get alot of EpG, I don't understand the need to have plus 25 EPG on all the Secondary Deflectors when fully upgraded. I would understand Because the [EPG/ShdHeal] proc is built into the upgrade system. So could they be at the base be
26.2 Drain
26.2 Control
Can we get a join all button?
Nope, aside from anything, you can only queue for three things at any given time. Though I don't know if PvE and PvP queues count together or separately, if it's the latter then you could technically queue for six things at once.
EDIT: And it appears that links to quotes are broken. To get it to work, I had to manually change

The tetryon glider proc is best in class (84% better in Holodeck than the garbage tetryon procs), so thanks for making it even better. Curious as to what else is buffing it.
As for the Terran set, sneaky Spartan. Since mismatching all parts (shields, engines, etc) gave better overall drain values, you put the Terran set back on equal footing. Good job sir. Now I can go back to the Terran set.
Are you ever going to fix the rare lobi space weapons? Some of them (like the Apex predator set ones) don't get a mod when going from rare to VR.
I'm 100% with you dude, but like I've said before. The devs have their minds in a EPG/heals gutter for science for some inexplicable reason. It's a miracle they boosted the Terran 2-piece boost and tetryon glider.
I have a couple of Herald ships and was happy to find they came with the special torps, but totally miffed when I found out ther only came in the form of pretty much unusable Mk X Whites.
Same deal with the other unique Torpedoes (Voth Chroniton/Transphasic Torpedoes spring to mind). Infact, why not just make the base Mk X gear from ships upgradeable, in 99% of cases it wouldn't be worth it (as upgrading a boatload of whites is not really viable (I know, I did it before K-13 because I wanted my Ranger full TOS Cannons/Torps)), but in the special cases like Herald Transphasic it would be really nice.
Also, is that T5 and T5U getting Heavy Weapons Tribble only?, or for Holodeck too? (it would be nice to have, and wouldn't make T5/T5U escorts/raiders totally obsolete (especially since some will likely never get T6ified).
with the changes you can select all ques and join them all at once. That was why I was asking for a select all so I dont have to check box each que
Right, I was hoping for another sec del to choose from out side of the Solanae Sec Del for a drain.
This new Rep with three different Sec Del are not really unique enough to spend any time or dil into
But, well... you need to be lucky to get the Bulwark, first.
Also confirming the invisible character bug in the tailor is still there. That's quite game-breaking since it's the first thing players should see after choosing a faction.
I have a Bulwark (Legit, not a Phoenix one (which are also extremely rare, since I have opened around 2000+ Phoenix boxes, got 2 gold and 1 pink tokens, that's worse odds than opening a dead lockbox)). It came with 1 Wide Angle, and 1 useless white unupgradeable. Oh, and the wide angle is max one equipped (not sure if it's even one per Char). So I have one end of the ship covered, but the other end is stuck using a torp that doesn't match or a torp so weak I hope the enemy never ends up in its firing arc.
Having a nice special item that's stuck at Mk X White is (to me) worse than not having it at all, because it's a tease.
Also, I don't think the Bulwark's wide angle was even upgradeable until a few months ago.
Also, making these 2 special torpedoes upgradeable is hardly balance changing. They are both at their core a Transphasic (or a Chroniton, not quite sure what the Voth Chroniphasics are technically classed as), both pretty weak options, even by Torpedo standards. If balance is really a concern, add a "Only Usable on [Faction Ship It Came On]" condition like the console sets have.
Also, never quite sure why the Voth and Herald ships get their faction's special torps (in useless white Mk X form), but Elachi (Lobi I guess for it's torp, so understandable in that case) and Species 8472 don't (Plasma Chroniton hybrid is what it is if I remember right with special visuals).
I would expect that ships in a box would contain regular common whites, and the lockbox weapon packs gives them as level-appropriate very rares. But older boxes didn't always work like that.
I think that these weapons are non-upgradable, 0 EC and what not as drawbacks is mostly because of the potential to reclaim regular C-Store ships, and they never bothered to change that for ships that are not actually reclaimable.
That seems... weird. And like it's setting a bad precedent. There's nothing 'beam' about it in its description.
I hope one day to see some sort of super mine layer or other novel heavy weapons and it would be nice if they could take just projectile upgrades (you know, the logical category) without some lingering complains "oh, but heavy weapons before this could use all three upgrade types!" Same idea with a heavy weapon slot version of tempest tailgun taking only one upgrade type instead of all three.
Can the buff simply END when your hull hits 0? If you're still alive only because of Invincible/Continuity, that's great - you are still alive, after all. But the GDF buff is DONE. OVER. FINITO.
That would maintain the value of Good Day to Die, even if combined with the other effects. Thematically, your 'go down fighting' moment of glory is over. You either god-mode your last few seconds or reset the fight with temporal hijinks. Either way, you ain't going down fighting, now are you?
That was the last time they had a brilliant idea for a 2nd deflector fun science proc. They can't seem to come up with another one.

Nothing, so far. At least I couldn't make the heavy weapon slot appear so far. Anyone else have more luck?
Sounds like that would be a bad deal for the Patrol Escort. The AFt-Firing cannon is not that impressive, and would better turned into a heavy weapon.
ANd it seems the Dyson Destroyers don't get it either, which is not entirely surprising since they are normally Commander Science, not Commander Tac ships, but kinda feels like that might have been a good variant for the Protonic Cannon, too.
I'll get the time index later, but I don't think this is how Weapon System Synergy is supposed to work with multiple energy weapons firing....

Attitude aside, I noticed this as well. One of two things is going on...either the information is there and just needs a display option to be seen, or it'll be fixed at some point and just isn't working right now. Can we get some confirmation on this?
Given how many things are slightly off on Tribble, such as missing or incorrect icons for a lot of the new rep stuff available for testing, I wouldn't be surprised if this was not working right for the time being.
Lastly, to play devil's advocate, maybe it's intended that it not show how many people are queued. I know that I sometimes avoid or leave a queue for something I otherwise want to play because it has nobody in it or people are leaving. With the queue UI as it is currently on Tribble, maybe the goal is allow us to queue for what we want to play rather than selecting something based on population, which can become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
I like ALL these changes. They Tet glider mod is essentially 2x what is was. 30 vs 60 @ 200 Drain expertise.
