It might be - I think the cost of getting the rights for the Steppenwolfe song ate up all of this year's audio budget, so they have had to make cuts. We'd better get used to it

The Rising of the Delta is the best expansion ever, and people love it to death because it is a good day to die in the endless struggle for supremacy of your own conviction. (A spin off of the Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and all the players love it.)

You realise the people who work on the audio for STO almost certainly have nothing to do with any of these gameplay bugs?
Its like complaining that the IT guys in your company had a party, when they should have been fixing the elevators. Its just not their area.
I realise you wanted to do something for April fools day but you guys have way to much time on your hands if you can afford to waste it on putting this garbage in the game.
a simple windup news article for some preposterous game item that does not exist would have sufficed, as in "go to DS9 and search for the (non existant) xxxxxxxx NPC and when you find him he will give you a mission that will award you with a free borg cube" or some such prank, cant you just imagine all the players flocking to DS9 and searching furiously for the NPC to get their free cube mission.

It's rather good. Gpot me going WTF? and LMAO and nearly shot coffee out my nose. But, it's a pain on the eyes to see. Can't hide it on the hub, which sucks. But oh well. Moving onward to glory and all that Klingon jazz.

51 + 1 Foundry Character Slots is NOT enough. Some of us love our characters. If I want to buy more character slots, why can't I? I couldn't experience the entire Delta Recruitment event without deleting a character.
The Iconians themselves can't time travel because their memories revert, but there is nothing to say an Iconian couldn't write everything she needed to do on a PADD, pin it to herself, travel back, read the PADD, do the tasks and return. Or just get one of her Non-Herald underlings to go back in time for her.
Oh yeah, I do Foundry missions for both KDFs and Feds. Just search KSTF (Short for Kinas Special Task Force, where Kinas is the name of the Admiral you will be serving under). The earlier ones are less story based and more combat based, while the later ones have a much heavier story element, but keep the large battles.
