    Hell finally froze over. They're doing the PvP revamp promised eons ago.

    Competitive PvE seems like an awesome addition. Still hate some of the space changes on the science side, but hey, we have a month to make Spartan rethink things.

    This sounds interesting. One question though, we only just got Season 12 didn't we? And it only had one story mission in it? Is this one going to have more than just one new story episode?

    PvP queues are mentioned in the first paragraph. They only highlighted the new competitive PvE queue: War Games.

    Season 13: Ker'rat Online!

    I totally wasn't expecting a full season. I'm a little surprised that we are getting one so soon, and with a new reputation. Not sure how this will play out. Season 12 really didn't feel like a full season. Oh well... Let's see what 13 has to offer.

    Dont put your hopes high, is cryptic we are talking here, they still think that PVPers are all 10 years old childs..

    Please design whatever science specific set/rep to not be more of the same part gens and heals stuff we get over, and over, and over most of the time. Some love to drains and control are always appreciated.

    Actually..Id LIKE a parts gen Heavy deflector like what we have on the Solonae Deflector.Its the only one thats +50 EPG

    Especially if it is PVP-centric, having drain/control which actually can hold/disable/affect players would be great.

    A PvP related expansion. The world is getting stranger every day.
    Forget the War Games for a moment: Player Potential system for match-making? That might be too late for PC (right now at least), but for consoles...
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.

    War Games PvP/E and PvP and a match making system, that's really impressive. Been requesting this since forever, and here it is!

    Of course now I can't help but wonder all the new gear and ships that'll probably give a big competitive edge and also replace everything old, but at least there's match making to account for some of that.

    I second this. Science is more than tactical ships with exotic damage.

    I guess this explains why it became so important that subnucleonic beam be removed from Science captains. Granted, its replacement does almost nothing for Sci captains piloting escorts. But if the goal was to make Sci caps less powerful in PVP, I at least understand why it had to be moved to Sci ships (which any player could select).

    I'm actually excited about this Player Potential system. The longstanding question will be answered for a lot of players. That question being whether they are a good, smart player or if they just outclass the competition with gear and upgrades
    Space Barbie Extraordinaire. Got a question about Space Barbie? Just ask.

    Things I want in STO:

    1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
    2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
    3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
    4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
    5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
    6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
    7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
    8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!

    The new rep is so we have another grind that leads to the Summer event. Remember their new metrics forced mantra: "Players must not go more than 14 days without some type of new grind or our numbers fall."

    I smell another exclusive item weekend event between now and then in order to not fail on that mantra.
