Turn Rate - Broken for first two months, now broken again for the last two weeks
Tailor - Broken since the beginning, sort of fixed but still broke and extremely laggy
Temporal Transponder - Still not working - no patch notes this week = no fix, no timeline on fix
Cloak - Still broke, can still get stuck in cloak
Krenim Doffs - Should be under development, still attached to Research in Research Lab
Achievements...
Bio-Neural Warhead doesn't work properly - since the beginning
Gravimetric Torpedo's radius does not match tool tip -

Certain ship consoles do not work... and the list can go on.
Only thing that has been acknowledged is the Temporal Transponder - but no word on why it is broken or that it will be fixed, just that progress is still being tracked, yet nothing can be unlocked, and many people are already in a position to have a lot of stuff unlocked.

> how long does it take for the dev team to fix a bug there are two console that show they can be slotted on ships but when you try they are not there. These consoles are the reason I got the ships photonic decoy and the supplemental subsystems
You can use consoles on the ship the come with but not on other ship that are the same type
well that's a complete contradiction since the NX registry is before the TOS NCC registry

I am convinced that Cryptic has no desire to address these bugs, nor fix them - especially the ones that have been around since day one. There is no communication here, the communication on Reddit from devs and Cryptic employees is full of sarcasm, as if making me laugh will make it all better... yes I still can't turn my ship, swap uniforms, uncloak without dying, use certain console powers that are needed for my particular build... and the list goes on.
The fact that we have our own forum now, unfortunately, tells me we were pissing off PC players with our bug posts and now we have our own little corner to be ignored in - just like on Reddit where a lot of console posts get down voted simply because a lot of people do not care... seemingly just like it appears that the Cryptic developers seem to be as well. Cryptic has now virtually released everything we need - ships, gear, etc - that we need to make pre-season 12 builds... they know this, and they know many of us spent our money on this stuff right away. They have made their money - save maybe for a tachyokinetic converter or a Paradox lobi ship, and are sitting pretty without having to do anything more if they so choose.
If people are done with STO, I don't blame them - its been one hell of a ride, full of broken promises and broken mechanics that gave a lot of thrills and joy, but in the end only leaves us with frustrations.
Myself, I will continue to do daily stuff for an hour a day, at most... but I will spend no more money on this game, and have encouraged my fleets and armadas on both the fed and KDF sides to do the same, and because I keep my word and actually communicate and help people, most of those people will listen.
I hope Cryptic gets the message that we will nto put up with this way of managing a game on console... but I doubt it.
I agree - and luckily for me my main 3 or 4 builds are about the max they can be at the moment, with what have. Like I have said before, I am logging in daily, doing a couple of queues for fleet marks, getting our final fleet projects - besides K-13 - done and completed, and waiting on fixes, etc. What I am not doing, mainly because of bugs like the turn rate which we had for the first 2 months of the game, and now for the past 2 weeks again, is trying to beat our best time in Hive Elite, or running Japori on Elite to see if my Damage to Time ratio has increased - an approximate DPS test we have come up with, with help from some PC players I communicate with on a regular basis.
What concerns me - as a console player, who has also played a lot of MMOs on PC, is that the console player base is easily turned off because of lack of communciation and lack of fixes - "we," as a general term for console players, can take the fact that it is going to take awhile for fixes to come down the pipe - we know all about the certification process and the money involved in patching games - but what "we" can't stand is no communication - and when we do get communication it comes in the form of sarcasm from the CM, or gets seemingly ignored by other posts by other members of the dev or graphics team. I'm not concerned how many emails are in @ambassadorkael#6946 's inbox - though I get the attempt at humor to prove a point, what we care about is an acknowledgment that these issues exist. The past two patch notes have mentioned nothing other then the Temporal Transponder not working as a known issue - no turn rate, no cloak, no tailor issue, no ship console issue, etc, and it feels, especially since some of these issues have been around since the beginning, that they are simply being ignored with an attempt to sweep them under the rug.
Obviously, with the videos, I am attempting to a) show some of the issues as well as b) share some of the frustration that I know a multitude of console players are feeling. To finish that off, express that console players can be here one day and gone the next, never to return - we can look at a lot of games on console to see that point, from The Division to No Man's Sky - even fixed, the player base has dwindled.
yet they have community guy. who just seems to copy and paste events.
I've been bug reportin on many game website's
this is the 1st time I've felt reporting bugs is just a waste of time.
The problem is, people continue to give them money, so they dont care, if people want to get this game fixed they need to speak with their wallets and stop supporting this terrible company.
As long as you keep paying them they will keep laughing at how stupid their customers are.
+1
And the invisible me/BOFFs in the tailor is getting so old
I have a console that, according to its description should install into my ship. But it wont.
I have both the Yamato Class Dreadnought Cruiser and the Kelvin Timeline Intel Dreadnought Cruiser. I want to install my Console - Universal- Supplemental Subsystems into the Kelvin Dreadnought, But the game wont let me. The console description shows that it should install into any Dreadnought Cruiser Variant.
I have reloaded that game, changed instances. All the normal stuff for many weeks now. Please fix this.
This has been insanely frustrating. Its bad enough that that the game is set up so that you have to collect/buy multiple ships just to get a console set... but then to have one refuse to install. insanely frustrating.
Thank you for your time and attention on this matter.

They probably wanted you to make a separate post... but thanks for sharing here, I'll make sure to mention it in my weekly YouTube video cast.
what is the point of even having support if your not going to give any?
It's not the devs that are closing posts, it's the white-knight moderators they have nothing to do with the devs.
