    also part 2 of the ground balance update redeems part 1's ding to engineering and then some. so i wanted to give a thanks and kudos for that. I would say the ground balance update looks very promising.

    Resolved some graphics related crashes.

    Wondering if I can receive some more specifics on what this refers to... I have had the Map Transfer screen crashes as well as the crash on Load Screen issues and have had to change some of my settings in order to avoid it...

    Just wondering if we can get some specifics to know WHICH graphics related crashes are being fixed...

    Good list of fixes though! Thank you!

    Resolved a few issues with ship separation powers.
    Please let these few fixes work, and continue on fixing the rest of them next patch round.

    Oh wait a second! The balance fixes, some of which have only been pushed to tribble a couple days ago, already go live? While I'm mostly a fan (except for the stealth module), that is way rushed, even for you.
    And yes, the Cherry Epohhs can be turned in finally. :)

    So they can actually be turned in right now (after patch hits), at DS9 and Drozana? Or "they can be turned in finally" next year?
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    Long list of interesting fixes. I'll be interested in seeing them in action.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Long list of fixes - nice (even better if the separation pets fix will work now).
    Even longer list for "Rebalancing" - not so nice, at least for me.
    You know that you just broke some specific builds that people worked hard to get gear and upgrade it for?
    Some people will propably need to even "Respec" skills... or maybe not - lets wait and see what will happen in next patches - the "Rebalancing" is propably not finished.

    Please be aware that the UTC displayed is still incorrect. Down time begins at 15:00 not 14:00 as displayed on launcher.

    So let me see if I get this right.

    Because of an 8 hour maintenance on Tuesday, you pushed back my usual daily quest turn in time back about 12 hours (I usually play at about 6am PST).
    So now I am in the middle of working back my quest turn in time back to my usual time, which means I need to play on the 23rd, around 8am PST in order to get it in order AND **get my last day of the anniversary event in**...

    And you schedule maintenance right frakkin' then.

    Is it any wonder why your customers get pissy when you do inconsiderate TRIBBLE like this?

    Downtime again????? Shouldnt be surprised..Looks like down time twice a week is becoming a norm..

    Also no mention of the warp in and out bug during battle at all!!
    Lags in weapons fire..
    Gorn being able to throw things through walls..
    Overall optimisation for a smoother experience..

    Yeah the rebalancing is ok and all but I am skeptical as to how its gonna be received..Because I am running a sort of balanced config and am curious to see how it will effect me..

    1. Nerfed Kligat big time! Curse you! Bought it, upgraded it fully, now this. Rotters.

    2. Nerfed Security Teams! One of my favourite abilities since I started playing at the start of LoR. So much for:
    The goals boil down to these:
    •Increase the fun – Games are about having fun, and players should not be made to feel that their fun is “wrong.”

    Major ball droppage there (or just an outright lie marketspeak). Even before release, your patch notes alone clearly indicate that my fun - and play-style since LoR - is considered "wrong", and fun will be decreased.

    And judging by comments in this thread and the "Changes coming" thread, Mine isn't the only fun that's wrong, a lot of others feel the same.

    3. Nerfed Stealth Big time! See comments for 2. above. Plus, we already have a module that does what you're making Stealth do - it's called Ambush. Stealth was for staying cloaked and NOT attacking for as long as desired.

    The one silver lining to this is that apparently some graphic-related crashes have been fixed. Hope that includes the ground/menu social zone crashes I've been getting since the forced DX11 move. Haven't crashed in space, even when grinding Omega particles, but let me stand and chat for 2 minutes, or spend to long on inventory management and it's hard reboot time. So if that's fixed, at least some good comes out of this tomorrow.

    BTW, 23c. Gorn outfits are still missing, and still conveniently forgotten. Guess with all the time spent nerfing things, you can't be bothered to fix that. Thought not.

    If this sounds pretty bitter...sorry, but reading the patch notes did that to me. If the crashes are fixed, I'll probably cheer up some. At least, until I call a Security Team, throw a Kligat or get forced out of Stealth.

    Stealth Module has been re-designed

    Apparently someone forgot that when the kit revamp rolled out, stealth module was initially also on a time-limit, but it had to be changed because people (myself included) didn't like it (it was one of the reasons I held onto a legacy kit that had it, because those were not affected). Let's see how long will it take for this change to be reverted...
    Players can no longer be affected by multiple Medical Generators, Shield Generators...

    Stacking of medical and shield generators was the basis of one of my "Made for Dyson BZ" builds, where I was using both of those powers on my captain and eng boffs in combination with the doff that gives you a chance to summon the other generator, to create a comfortable safe zone. This means that now both the usefulness of the doffs and boffs has been reduced.

    Other than that, lots and lots of pleasing changes.

    Interesting. Well, very much hoping this Stealth Module change will be reverted.

    As it is now, Ambush kit animation has already been changed from having your character turn solid black into a cloak effect, so now there's redundancy.

    One of the reasons I enjoyed playing Tacs and made 2 mains (Rom & KDF) and endured the rather plain space aspect of their careers (increase damage) was the fact that we could properly battlecloak on the ground! Before the kit R&D school's introduction, I had finally acquired MKXIV purple stealth modules for all my tacs, only to see them nerfed into a timed ability.

    If ground cloaks were ever such a problem, just give certain NPCs a tricorder scanner to detect you while cloaked, that way if any exploits existed with cloak at certain maps, that would solve it, and not ruin Stealth Module.

    Known Issues:

    There is sometimes a 20 – 30 second delay in between the rounds in the Arena.

    ? What do you meen with that ?


    Btw. PvP Scoreboard is broken since 3~4 Month.. its more importent for Us to Fix that first. :|

    A lot a Abilities (People spended a lot off Dill an EC for) nerfed to ground!

    Someone really messed up with the time of the patch!! The message just flashed in game the server is coming down in 15 mins...Seriouslly?!

    I'm surprised that the adjustments are already going live. Would have thought that it'd be tested more on tribble first.
    Right now there is a ground combat event directly after it has been overhauled.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    half an hour and the patch is out? im dutch and for some reason our leaders like to change the time an hour every half year for Electricetie sacke (srry for bad grammer)
