Extended Maintenance for All Games Tomorrow, 2/21

Greetings, Captains!

All three Cryptic games will be having maintenance tomorrow, 2/21, starting at 6am PST. For Star Trek Online, that means that PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4 will all be down for maintenance from 6am PST to around 12pm PST. During this time, we will be applying a patch to Playstation 4 only. You can find those patch notes here.

We will also, as previously announced, be having a Community Manager crossover livestream starting at 8:30am PST, featuring guests from Star Trek Online, Neverwinter and Champions Online! It will be live on our Perfect World Twitch Channel as well as all three facebook pages. You can find more details about that here!

    I still don't see that the QWW bugs are being addressed. I'd like to turn in some epohhs and see our new starbase decorations.

    I still don't see any fixes for the continuous warping out bug plaguing some people.

    If I was in charge I would stop all activity on all games until this is fixed.

    Because there's a huge patch being tested on Tribble right now.

    Glad you're not, because that would be beyond stupid to shut down every other department while the bugfixing teams work on it.

    Damn right..In a PvE atleast 3 off the team mates experience this mess..

    there is still a bug keeping most of my toons from firing weapons on the ground. the lukuri mission can't be repeated.

    I have a bug that cause a delay in weapons fire in space and on ground that sometiomes fires after I am dead!!

    The Lukari mission can be repeated. You need to goto the Episodes tab in your journal and click the Episode 'Of Signs and Portents' which is at the top of the list on the left hand side. The episode cannot be started again from the Journal banner or by any other means other than the one I describe.

    Doubt it as the patch being applied is for PS4

    Stopping all activity may be a bit extreme but this is by far one of the most irritating features in the game. It's never just once per zone either, I've had a borg red alert where I was almost unable to get any hits in because I warped out so often.

    Only time its not annoying as hell is when you warp out and back in time to miss what might have been fatal damage.

    just wondering: shard maintenances on tuesday AND thursday - will this be the new "standard" for sto ? think we now had this 3 weeks in a row ?

    Well, some folks call it a warping out bug, but what it appears like: Your ship disappears from the screen and a moment later it glides back onto the screen... This interrupts any channeled abilities or any buffs you may have applied to yourself, etc... It is random when it occurs, and although it is not uterly game-breaking, it is utterly annoying and can happen multiple times during any given mission or STF... To others you appear to still be where you were, but on your local system it is what you are experiencing...

    Since this thread is dealing directly with back end maintenance and not a patch or bug fix, it really isn't the place to go into this bug, but many folks do experience it and it has been reported on in the Support sections on many occasions already...

    Agreed. This bug has been here for a long time and is game breaking IMO. It really needs to be at the top of the list of fixes.

    My question is are we going to get some extra event tokens or extra event time for this almost day of downtime, some of us still need some to get that ship.

    if your on the paystaion 4 you will be able to buy them with lobi stones if your on the xbox you get jack TRIBBLE plain and simple fix you d a m n game cryptic please
