Well if your Fighters can't keep up with you at Full Impulse, and they are powered, there is no way that a tractored asteriod would either.
Thanks for the info.

Judging from some of the responses already, it appears these were issues that were previously reported on Tribble, and simply ignored.
And unfortunately, this is the reason I opted not to take part in the test. This is not the first time that players have reported bugs from a Tribble test and it's still been rolled out 'as is.' They had determined the roll out date for the battle zone and it was going live rather it worked or not. Same as always, they have no problem at all moving broken or unusable content to the live server.
Well, the behaviour I was seeing with the King of the Hill point had nothing to do with excessive Tzenkethi spawning - occasionally some Tzenkethi ships showed up, they were shot down in seconds, and then we all went back to hanging around the point, watching the meter stay firmly at zero. The mission tracker was telling me "5/5" Tzenkethi ships destroyed... and the meter was going nowhere. I toured up and down and round and round that area, hitting Ctrl-V to find anything at all I could interact with, and... nothing.
I gather from comments up the thread that there is some doohickey you have to interact with, in order to start the meter running... but it wasn't showing up in that zone!

Same here, I went to bed instead.
Cryptic not even getting copy pasting right, isn't filling me up with hopeful feelings.
Luckily, no need to even go there, as the Borg and Tholian alerts reward Lukari Marks, so there is at least a reason to do them now!
On a semi-random note, how do you do the 'King of the Hill' points? I assumed it was a raise over time thingy like in other zones, with occasional boosts from destroyed ships, but we stayed there for a good 20 minutes earlier, and the red line did not move one jot to the side.
You had a red line? I didn't even have that. We just had to defeat 5 ships, and once we did that, nothing.
Also, are there supposed to be enemy ships in contested zones? I explored one, and it was empty.
I had no issues (after patch) completing objectives, even the end dreads. But for what? you get like 10 lukari marks. for like half hour constant battle. You can get over 100, and Elite Protomatter, in like ten minutes in an advanced queue. Which makes the whole exercise pointless. When I complained i was told it was a "known issue that end notification wasn't given".. mm but thats not the problem, its the lack of end reward.
Never had this problem with Undine or Terran, so don't know what the issue is with this BZ that is so confounding the devs...
LUKARI GUERILLA GARDENING MILITIA - Glowing fingers are Growing fingers!
The Space Battlezones generally award 10 or so Marks for each of the sections you 'conquer'. When all done and the Boss Battle starts you then kill those and get a larger Mark payout generally based on how much you participated overall and three or so Elite Marks. Along the way if you 'conquered' an area and you have not gotten the appropriate Daily Mark Bonus, you will get that.
Undine and Terran Battlezones also had a counter-attack phase that is triggered for successful completion of the Boss battle. That awards a 20-35 Mark package and one more Elite Mark.
If you are only getting 10 Marks for the Boss Battle and no Elite Marks then that Boss Battle is NOT triggering the 'significant event' trigger to do so.

this is the problem. I'm completing each objective with a "you scored level 4" or whatever it is. And defeating the three dreads. But getting no Elite Marks. and no bonus marks. just 10 ordinary marks.
by comparison, you can turn up in Undine just as the planetkillers spawn, and STILL get the elite marks and bonus. You get them for taking part in that end event. Not so with Tzenkethi. You don't even get them for being instrumental in every capture on the map.

They had a testing session on Tribble specifically for the Battlezone. I was briefly tempted to participate, but I figured it would be horribly broken when ported to Holodeck regardless of any testing done, and decided to do something else with my time that day.
Judging from some of the responses already, it appears these were issues that were previously reported on Tribble, and simply ignored.
I confirm that, these problems have already been pointed out

And the undine BZ itself has entirely uncompetitive rewards.
Can also confirm the new battlezone is still missing Protomatter Microcontainer. Finished it 3 times and not a single [Protomatter Microcontainer].
So still bugged.

@aliguana um...wonderful. Glad I'm sitting on 5000+ marks from grinding the qs. Sad though...I generally enjoy the battlezones because of their ability to just jump in and go.

Uncompetitive. Snort. Only a certain type of player requires max rewards per unit of time.
For others- It's fun and it offers useful rewards if one is seeking a rep set.
The new battlezone needs the same two items- fun and useful rewards. And right now, it seems to missing at least one of those requirements.
Tzenkethi battlezone is still horrendeously broken, btw. Half the instances are bugged, and as for the rest, spawning sequences are way off. Good thing the missions are working, or I'd have no real way of making Lukari marks.
P.S. Someone please make a Tzenkethi BZ 'vid for blondes', LOL, as half the time I have no clue, and the other half of the time I have no idea where to get a clue.
now see this kind of comment here, is why we need an 'up vote' function..
Apparently, this issue is being addressed in the patch tomorrow.
Lets see if it actually works.
Hopefully, they also fix the instant capture zone bug so we have time to stop the Tzenkethi from recapturing a zone like every other Battlezone. Players should not miss out on the fun and rewards to prevent the Tzenkethi from recapturing a zone.

Same here, I could do everything else reasonably well but the king of the hill is stupid as I also stayed there for about 10 or 20 minutes and nothing happens except for the bad guys just keep coming.
I kinda decided to stop playing the battlezone for a while and as for the queues, I may carry on at least with one just to get the marks and the stuff you need for the reputation stuff.

nope. so to be told that the reason we're not getting rewards is "we're doing it wrong" is both patronising and insulting.
So still bugged.

Fourth attempt. Remember release is the 1st attempt, and we've already had 2 patches.
