    How do you expect us to help you?

    You come into a Cryptic / PWE forum, and downrate them (basically the equivalent of sitting in their sofa in their house calling them idiots), try to create drama, and expect us to take you seriously?

    You're frustrated... Cool... that's ok... But if you want help, you need to be slightly more productive... Don't be a Trump
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
    Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    You didn't ask the forum for help. Thus, you didn't receive any help.
    When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

    Remaining calm with them is a useless form of energy. They suggested I come here and as you can see, now! Again, NO help. I have fixed the issue myself. Thanks for the suggestion though.

    All Trump jokes put aside, do you realize you have been using a copious assortment of derogatory terms in your opening post without even exposing the nature of your problem?

    I don't have to explain myself to you or anybody. There is NO LOVE for Trump in this house. And if you read why I started this discussion it would Answer your question. Maybe Trump owns STO NOW! That would explain alot. I didn't get the help or UNDERSTANDING I needed here so I'm done with this issue. Besides I have already fix it myself.

    In fairness, I said you should NOT be a Trump... as in going on a rampage against people who don't do exactly what you want...

    I, admire total honesty. And it wasn't me wanting my way. I wanted to be able to vent, be understood. And given some respect. And to be honest, I didn't get any help, respect, comfort, here! Only, insults and negative feedback. This is how you help? Instead of judging and being cruel, learn that your NOT always right with your opinions. I can see that this forum is Nothing of the sort. Just a bunch of cruel bullies. I'm going to leave this up to Karma.

    Dude... just take a breather, and reformulate what you want, in a sober tone... you will find people respond much differently...

    Wow. People like this are why I don't work in customer service. You can bet he ranted like this at the CS agent, which is not conducive to them helping you out.

    I'm going to guess you HAVEN'T fixed your problem. If you have, why not share the fix with the community, just in case someone has the same problem?

    But you havent elaborated on the problem. You say a CTD, but that could be anything. Is there something consistent you were doing when it happens. Details details.

    The first step to fixing a problem is correctly defining it. If you just scream at CS that you are getting CTD'ed and they MUST FIX IT BECAUSE YOU ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!1, they are not likely to bust a gut trying to help you.

    Help them to help you. Help US to help you. Or don't.

    Somemeow beat me to it. The very fact that you could fix the problem on your own means it was not at Cryptic's end. Which renders your whole opening rant wrong on even more levels.

    When did we start pretending that CS did anything apart from blame Devs about stuff they can't change? I must have missed that memo.

    The mistake the OP made wasn't "getting angry", it was in expecting help at all ever from Cryptic, and not being a whale at the same time.

    All I can say is wow. I have had some irate customers rant at me and my front desk girls but I don't think you could do anything to satisfy the op. Vague info no system specs just 'Waaagh my system crashes to desktop and no one will help me.' Please get a grip and try to say exactly what the problem is if you expect to get any help from anyone. If you had come into my office and acted like this I would help you best I could. If that was not good enough I would give you your money back and ask you to leave. After you left I can tell you everyone in the office (including other customers) would be laughing at you and saying refusing you service was the best thing to do.
