You guys were of NO help. And I don't care if you don't like my tone. Your OP is your own. You don't know me that well. I'm normally a loving and caring person. And I have been there for people before. But, NOW I see that I was in error and I will NOT be nice to anybody anymore. Why was I wasting my energies on those whom don't deserve to be nice too? I've FIXED the issue, MYSELF. With NO help from them or any of you. I'm saddened that this forum or at least this section can't/won't be helpful. I would be! Pity. The state of affairs, now a days!
Perhaps if, the next time you're having issues, you
- calm down
- describe precisely what the problem is
- try to ignore opinions that you dislike because they are not your own
Your experience on the Forum might be a whole lot better. And Customer Support would likely be able to better assist you as well.
Has anybody EVER got their issues resolved with these "persons"? STO's CUSTOMER Service- SUCKS! They are USELESS. They NEVER help. All they want is our money and they DON'T even try to resolve our issues. They are always pushing it off on the other users. I've had an issue with the system crashed my game, to desktop, repeatedly. And now they will NOT replace the items that have been removed. Just because, "THEIR SYSTEM" can't find the items. They are USELESS, lazy and money grubbing. Also giving "cookie cutter" excuses with NO feelings for my/our loss. I paid $300.00 for the lifer subscription and apparently that doesn't mean anything to them. I've been with them since "day one". Again, that doesn't seem to matter to them either. The greed of this company just saddens and sickens me. I'm sure that there are others here that have had NO help from them as well. It's pisses me off that we made them RICH and now we are their b****hes.

Remaining calm with them is a useless form of energy. They suggested I come here and as you can see, now! Again, NO help. I have fixed the issue myself. Thanks for the suggestion though.

All I can say is wow. I have had some irate customers rant at me and my front desk girls but I don't think you could do anything to satisfy the op. Vague info no system specs just 'Waaagh my system crashes to desktop and no one will help me.' Please get a grip and try to say exactly what the problem is if you expect to get any help from anyone. If you had come into my office and acted like this I would help you best I could. If that was not good enough I would give you your money back and ask you to leave. After you left I can tell you everyone in the office (including other customers) would be laughing at you and saying refusing you service was the best thing to do.
OP, nobody on the forums can truly help you, if you have an issue that needs assistance of the Customer support. Making an angry-thread therefore server little to no value in terms of discussion. Closing this.

The mistake the OP made wasn't "getting angry", it was in expecting help at all ever from Cryptic, and not being a whale at the same time.
