Ho ho ho, folks.

It's time for Cryptic and Perfect World to give everybody what they really want for the Holidays - tons of opportunities to save on the ships, bundles, keys, and everything else you love from Star Trek Online. With that in mind, we've got three blogs for you this morning detailing the sales you can expect on PC, and Playstation 4! Enjoy!

    Be happy with what we got, it's still nice (black friday sale was 25% on all items - i think)...

    So I just checked and the Delta Pack and Romulan pack are showing up on ARC already 50% off....can anyone log on to see if they are changed in the ZEN store from in game? Would be nice to just use the ZEN I have vs buying more. THANKS!

    Nope. If I understood it right its Arc only for this 50%.

    Why the f-word does arc wants to reinstall a proper working STO? *sigh* At least it look fancy, right? :/

    I had not played this game for about two years and I purchased the T6 Voyager when I started playing about a month ago. I did not know that there was a Voyager bridge pack and that it was only included in a special bundle and that buying the ship during the last sale precluded me from owning the Voyager bridge.

    This method of selling the bridge pack is quite maddening.

    Looks like the content of the kitty will not allow for purchases this time. Appreciate the offer though.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Good because I only just managed to make 2400 zen just in time for it. : )

    I think I will either get that T6 Nebula I have been eyeing, or the T5 Multi-Vector Prometheus so I can complete the ship console set for my T6 Hestia.

    Thanks for the nice sale but the r&d promo did a number on me.I might get a few things with the zen I have left but that's about it.Although if you guys would put that t6 connie up for sale i'd pull out my wallet again.

    ouch! that's nasty.

    getting players to spend 10,000 zen on stuff during the treat yourself event and then having a sale with 50% off highest priced items players might have bought during that event.

    I am just glad I only spent stipend in the treat yourself event and not real money.

    When I think about everything we've been through together,

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    so we can do something we all believe in,

     I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

    QFT! And the same goes for the T6 T'Liss and D-7. Until those show up in the C-Store (with or without the Temporal frosting), I think I'm through buying ships. TOS or bust, as far as I'm concerned. But for those three, I'd cheerfully buy them all, and THEN buy Fleet tokens to get T6 Fleet versions.

    Ok so the url mentioned in OP says 20% off C-Store ships.
    However the banner in the launcher says 25% off everything.

    So is it going to be 20% or 25% off C-Store ships?

    Probably not :( , my guess is someone put the console sale banner on the PC launcher in a moment of eggnog-addled confusion.

    Wait until you get home to add the booze to the 'nog, content person!

    Please can you stop with the misleading and or wrong information?
    Is it or is it not 25% off everything for PC as your launcher advertises? It is not a little unprofessional from PWE when you have been around so long to do these mistakes. The Black Friday promotion was a awful in how you communicted in how it would work and now you are at it again!

    I'm not sure what 'Arc Store' is so, I assume, it's something in the overlay? I do not use Arc and although I've bought Zen at arcgames. com, then made C-Store purchases, I'll get more of a discount for using an overlay, although it is the same company?


    Allegedly it is a store in Arc that offers stuff for $ directly what ingame the Zenstore does. But the only shop I found was one that looks like offers some kind of Arc currency which allows you to buy Zen or somesuch. It does not even can start STO like the normal launcher (I'm sure I did started it with Arc some months ago).

    Maybe its some insider stuff? Not for everybody? :| Would be nice to get a "How to find the Shop for the promoted stuff for dummies" tutorial or a tip how Arc would replace the install button with a start button since STO is clearly working and installed.

    After further trying I got to the big temporal pack (click Star Trek tab -> hover mouse above "Game Info" -> hover above "PC" -> click "Temporal Pack". But that just redirects back to the browser and there ONLY to the (discounted) temporal pack. Nothing else.

    Okok, scolling down underneath the temporal packs there are the other packs.

    Hint for the arc team: Add a "Shop" button on each games arc-card that directly leads to a page that shows all packs available for that game in first view. If that works out I take my share in Zen; thanks :P

    And the image has been changed.
    Gone is the 25% saving text, now it just says "Sale on keys, ships and more!"

    Yes, the 50% off Delta, Romulus, Temporal is only for cash purchases using Arc, not zen purchases in-game.

    If you want the Temporal pack (or the other packs) you have to get it via the ARC client.
    The 50% off is only via ARC and not via ingame c-store.

    Yup both the Temporal Special Agent Pack , and the Temporal Agent Starter Pack both show the sale prices for me
    (£50 for Temp Agent pack & £7.50 for Temp Starter Pack)

    Not sure, although it's probably safe to assume it'll be after the scheduled maintainance eitherway.

    It's the place to get the best deals on Zen per USD, buying directly from Arc Games instead of going through Steam. Just go here and log in with your Arc credentials, same as your launcher login credentials:

    For example, for $200 there you get 28k Zen right now (the usual 15% bonus that's always available from Arc at the $200 level, plus the 25% bonus from the Winter Sale). I don't think the Steam Wallet ever has that baseline tier of bonuses, but I haven't checked in a while.
