just found out that the Hydrodynamics console (Part of the Counter Command ordinance set) and the Obelisk warp core cannot be upgraded either along with the Omni antiproton beam.
This means that once i finish the 8472 rep set (or any other set) they will be stuck at XII or their level 50 stats for non-rep stuff because their non-upgradable

While it does not fill in all the holes for consoles, it still helps figuring out a lot of what mixes with what and what helps out other stuff, particular when it comes to 'sets', abilities, skills, consoles, etc.
It's helping me out with my planning my first buildouts for two T6 ships, Cruiser and Science vessel. Lots of items I thought I could add duplicates will not be happening as I am founding out these can only be equipped once. Seems most Set stuff is set at Mark XII and that is it. I think it is because of the bonuses you get putting 2-4 pieces together for the sets. I think if you want to get to Mark XIV, you need to deal with craftable items or basic gear/weapon items. And we don't have crafting just yet.
Thing is, so far and I am at level 52 and 53 captains, with the proper mix of consoles/gear/weapons/sets using the Wiki to help match it all up, setting up your captain skills for your style of play and proper piloting of your ship, I'm doing just fine with Mark XI/Mark X gear. That is with a T6 cruiser, a T6 science vessel and T5 non-upgradeable Warbird. I haven't even added reputation sets yet. Just using the Solanae set from "A Step Between Stars" mission for both my T6 ships. For the Warbird, I just between adding Plasma related stuff from the Mirror Invasion mission. Same for my T6 ships.

My question is for the PC players that roam through this thread, I know that Fleet Holdings have not yet been released to console yet., but I have accumulated close to 3000 Dilithium Mining Claims. I know that these claims can be turned in at the Asteroid Belt for either the Rich Dilithium Claim or they can be traded in for two types of vouchers.
My question is about the Fleet Vouchers. Are those Vouchers used for Fleet Projects only or for purchasing Fleet items or both on the PC?

I have been unable to disable auto-fire except by changing targets to another ship or targeting nothing. To do this move your target/highlight selector over open space and press the right joystick - it should clear your current target.
The Lockbox messages sadly can not be disabled, and they are annoying sometimes.

The chat system on the Xbox console is a real pain. To use it, hold A to open the action menu, select chat...which puts you over in the chat dialog window. I think then you need to press something else to let it know you want to chat - which opens the Xbox's lovely keyboard/text option to painfully type out your message character by character... then tell the Xbox editor you are done and it goes back to the chat window where you need to tell it to send the message.
This is likely why there is not a lot of chatting in the windows.

Thanks for response. Yes you have to open chat window, type and send chat. I do that and my chat appears in window(at least it appears in my window) but no responses. I also have noticed players answering other players but I don't see the question the asker posted. Thanks for help anyway. BTW AT&T is a pain in the TRIBBLE, since my speed upgrade a month ago have had constant connection issues, gateway will act like it resets every 10-15 minutes sometimes for up to 2 hours at a time. Multiple calls and tech visits haven't resolved issue. Today they are coming to swap ports hope it works!

Unique Consoles seem to be an issue for the consoles in my personal experience. I have found that I have to have all the unique consoles equipped before my officers, then, if they pop up in the engineering, tactical, or science tab, you cannot set a quick use power, or you have to buy a new ship and repeat the process.

I have the 2 default uniform slots. I cannot find the Wrath of Khan costume anywhere when visiting tailor for uniform change. Someone told me that it is an Off Duty outfit, and that it will be under the ADVANCED selections when choosing uniforms. No such thing there for me. Have I not progressed far enough to be able to use it yet? My two slots say UNIFORMS, so do I need to buy slots that allow Off Duty selections? Finding information for this game is taxing. You have to go into the c store and there is a redeem rewards section or something like that. There are probably a couple other rewards you can get there too. It will put a box in your inventory you have to open, and then can get to it through Advanced in the tailor. I am pretty sure it is in uniforms.

The Tailors broken, ARC lied to us about the update that was SUPPOSED to drop today to fix the broken tailor (Who has been broken for over a month BTW), and you and I are screwed when it comes to wearing the outfit, although you had it good, since I had to pester Support for a entire fking month before they manually added it to my account, something that could EASILY be scripted in for such a issue, but what the hell, ARC is incompetant, so don't be surprised.
Tl;DR ARC are idiots, the tailors broken, yer fked.
Is anyone else having promotion issues on ps4? I rerolling a klingon to play with a friend and both of us cannot hail jmpok to clear lieutenant commander mission. I can hail him but he just says talk to battlemasters. Can't get new ship token till it clears.
The lvl 20 Klingon promotion is broken, think if you lvl to 21 before you claim it. Now, I think your best bet is lvl to 30 and that promotion will work and allow the lvl 20 promotion ship to become available.

YES, I GOT THAT FAR which should have been obvious from my post when I said I unlocked it. Problem is that although it says REDEEMED, and I opened the box in inventory, it still does not appear in Tailor's shop.

The Khan-outfit is on off-duty costumes, not in uniforms. The khan-hair does appear in hair-options even in uniforms (I play PS4)
Did I shoot myself in the leg by doing missions out of order? My romulan boy just hit the level 50 last weekend and lot of new incoming hails appared. I clicked them to see what they are and found myself doing "Sphere of Influence" -mission. And I'm not even finished doing the Freedom -story arch yet! I did the Spectres when it came available, but it's sort of separate from everything else anyways. I didn't have any difficulties with the Sphere of Influence, except few "am I supposed to know who these people are?" -moments. Flying that huge alien ship in a battle was awsome (Obelisk carrier, is it available? On PS4? I wanna).
And I picked omni-something-beam weapon as rewards which sounded useful.
I would just like to know if the Odyssey Dress Uniform will be included in the Fleet Starbase tailor? Or T6 versions of T5 ships (i.e. the Odyssey Cruiser)
LAW the torpedo boff never dropped for me (XB1), even tho I completed "fist full of grom". How can I get him now?

Does anybody know if Romulan characters are bugged? or if there is a work around? my romulan character (lv 56) only has 30 duty officers (I believe I didn't get the packs you are supposed to get when leveling, but I can't find any details). both my kdf and fed got about 54. not sure what is happening, or if I need to contact support. I was hoping a PC player might have some insight.
If it is what I saw last night on PS4, you have to join or create a fleet to access as was stated on the one I tried to access.
Update to this. I tried out Starbase 24 and Klingon Scout Force toward where the message said start "Fleet Action" and it was just to to PvE queue and select missions. Lot more choices in mission and you could play Starbase 24 solo if you wanted to though all items dropped were Mark I or II. At least I got to purple Mark II items that I can try and upgrade to Mark XIV. Start seeing how R&D works.

You can have a laugh at my expense as I am stuck on the very first tutorial quest. I am supposed to be scanning for anomalies in given areas. But when I'm taking my ship into the circles I'm supposed to scan, nothing happens. I scan for anomalies and get 0 coming up. Yet the quest does not advance. I've been doing this for about 40 mins (between a couple of days) and I'm getting nowhere except close to giving up. Can someone point me in the right direction of where I may be going wrong please?
Hi, I have an issue with duty officers. I'm Romulan KDF and have yet to receive the initial batch of free doffs.
This is a new character created after the update. I'm level 14. I've done "Neutral No More" which the wiki guide says is the prerequisite. The system is unlocked in my Mission menu. The roster is empty. I have received no hail. There is no hail when I manually check the "incoming hails". I can speak to doff NPCs (and the console nearby in New Romulus command) but there is no dialogue option to start it. There are only the 48 hour recruitment dialogue options. I've relogged a hundred times. I'm turned it off and turned it back on again.
I have a lvl 60 (Fed) and received the doff packages automatically when I first logged in on that character. No problems there.
Nevermind, I figured it out. It's says "Neutral No More" is the prerequisite on the wiki, but after completing the next mission after that (which is "The Price of Neutrality" ), I got my first batch of doffs.
Just picked up the 1st half of the quantum phase set from the sunrise quest (2nd half from the Stormbound quest), i like the look of the beam array however it's one of those annoying 1-per-ship weapons, does anyone know of a blue beam weapon that looks similar to the Quantum beam array other than the 23c phaser (hate the sound of that thing)?

How does one adjust this angle on the XBox or PS4? I have never found any option.
replay the mission and you can select it as a reward.
Does anybody know if Romulan characters are bugged? or if there is a work around? my romulan character (lv 56) only has 30 duty officers (I believe I didn't get the packs you are supposed to get when leveling, but I can't find any details). both my kdf and fed got about 54. not sure what is happening, or if I need to contact support. I was hoping a PC player might have some insight.
Update to this. I tried out Starbase 24 and Klingon Scout Force toward where the message said start "Fleet Action" and it was just to to PvE queue and select missions. Lot more choices in mission and you could play Starbase 24 solo if you wanted to though all items dropped were Mark I or II. At least I got to purple Mark II items that I can try and upgrade to Mark XIV. Start seeing how R&D works.
You can have a laugh at my expense as I am stuck on the very first tutorial quest. I am supposed to be scanning for anomalies in given areas. But when I'm taking my ship into the circles I'm supposed to scan, nothing happens. I scan for anomalies and get 0 coming up. Yet the quest does not advance. I've been doing this for about 40 mins (between a couple of days) and I'm getting nowhere except close to giving up. Can someone point me in the right direction of where I may be going wrong please?
This is a new character created after the update. I'm level 14. I've done "Neutral No More" which the wiki guide says is the prerequisite. The system is unlocked in my Mission menu. The roster is empty. I have received no hail. There is no hail when I manually check the "incoming hails". I can speak to doff NPCs (and the console nearby in New Romulus command) but there is no dialogue option to start it. There are only the 48 hour recruitment dialogue options. I've relogged a hundred times. I'm turned it off and turned it back on again.
I have a lvl 60 (Fed) and received the doff packages automatically when I first logged in on that character. No problems there.
What am I doing wrong?
