Is it possible to replicate mass effect uniforms on STO?

Like the title says I've been getting into Mess Effect latly and with the new game coming out next year. Was wandering if its possible to replicate the uniforms on STO? ^^

    Sort of can be pretty close, and you can even replicate an omni-tool-thing with one of the science wrist attachments. That said, completely unrelated, but how do you get that rainbow deflector?!

    It's the temporal rep one, looks nice and big on some ships like the D4x.

    the only thing that matters is how it looks on the risian cruiser-yacht with a full compliment of chroniton beams FAWing at many targets all around it​​

    You can get something similar to Dr. Liara T'soni using the dyson scientist uniform.

    I think the Odyssey Dress Uniform would come close to a Systems Alliance uniform. The N7 armor would probably have to be the Delta.

    Anyways... just takes some playing around. I made a frickin' StarCraft Ghost outfit with kit parts and the Terran armor.
