Since a few days ive been having connection issues in Star Trek Online.
Frequent disconnects, launcher not able to connect, rubberbanding, and high ping.
Ive discussed some of this with a freind of mine and he reads the following tracert i did as that there might be some issues in Boston USA.
My computer is located in the EU, Netherlands, Amsterdam as you can see in the following tracert information.
My machine is a windows 10 computer, and ive checked my local network and hardware.
My ISP is called online.nl
My freind and fleetmate recommended to me I should atleast put this on the tech support forums.

The disconnects are getting worse. Atleast now I can connect to the game again and play for a little bit. Still rubberbanding a lot before disconnecting. Doesnt matter what map im on either.
Im not on a public DNS, and I have my connection manager on automatic IP and DNS.
Same issues here, started from yesterday: From dc's, server not responding to launcher not loading, getting stuck in load screens, not able to load characters in the character selection screen, Login Server failures. You can name anything you want, and I have got it in the last 2 days.

Yes, I was struggling last night, thought it was just because I was using a low spec machine but my gaming computer is also having the same connection problems at the moment.

Similar for me. Normally have few/no DC's and I play often. The last 2 days I can't play. It either boots me on loading at some point (either during character select or lading me into the game itself), or I get in, can't do DOFF missions because when I click one I get the red "server not responding" text and within about a minute the game fails to update and I get booted. Tried a few times and sometimes it seems stable, load into the event and within 30 seconds I get DC'd. Extremely Frustrating.
Just to clarify - I can play other MMO's fine, and other download things like netflix, spotify etc. no DC's or dropouts. I've checked my internet connection, restarted router, checked antivirus and firewall settings, I've verified the client and I've checked my ISP, I'm connecting via ethernet, so no wifi issues either, I've stopped everything else that might be downloading anything just to make sure STO has the maximum possible bandwidth - no issues with any of these things. This is definitely a game issue, but I don't really know what else to do.
Possible solution (worked with me doesn't mean it works with you) is typing in the command line of your launcher (options of you launcher, bottom) the following command: "-SetProxy eu2.proxy.crypticstudios.com 80" without the quotes. Save the setttings, close the launcher and restart it.
Having the exact same issues here to Takes forever just to log in if i get that far it takes just as long for my characters to show up i did manage to get on but i kept seeing server not responding and when i changed character it just lagged out and dis connected me i checked all the usual and restarted router etc everything else checks out and works fine only sto has this issue.
