This is the code for artifacts update promotion? I got something like that also and the code does not work either, ARC client claims it is not valid anymore, it should be valid until 1st of November but I guess not ;(
I logged a ticket and was told that they cancelled it due to the fact that it can be explotied. No replacement will be given.
Seriously???......either dont send such Mails, or if you do than dont do RIDICULOUS BS like this...can be exploited...whatever, next time think before you send out the Mails ugh....
I'm in the same boat as all of you. Code is invalid and I'm quite annoyed. Either work it out so people can use them without them being exploited or simply don't do this kind of promotion at all if it's too uncertain.

The promotion was cancelled as it was found that it could be exploited and there are no current plans for any replacement codes for those who have not been able to redeem it prior to it being pulled.
Maybe they could send out some nice Ferengi golden starship codes to those of use who have been trying 0 and O and upper and lower case combinations for a while trying to get the code from the e-mail to work.
What the hell, Cryptic?!? This same freaking problem happened the last time! (Never did get the supposed free item then either.) Instead of posting the code in the forum, how about emailing an apology to all of us and giving us the right code? That is what good customer/tech service would do.
