48 hours later, no action on my bug ticket. Either I unluckily found a Huge bug and they are spinning to fix it, or they have chosen to ignore the issue all together.
If they are digging into investigate, I wish they would give some visibility to this by making a comment on the ticket.
To those who have the T6 Keldon/jem'hadar carrier pack save a video of the unboxing showing labels and text description just in case you get the T5 version!
I encountered the same problem. I choose the Jem'Hadar Ship over the Keldon and received a T5 upgradeable rather then the T6. Sent my ticket in and if I have to wait 48 hours for a response I'll be a little pissed.
Also, the lockbox Graviton Pulse console isn't usuable; there's no associated skill
The Bio-Neural Warhead straight up doesn't work either.
It is now 62 hours since submission and no response. I got a little excited when the update was announced for tomorrow, but saw there was only the random disconnect issue fix in the notes.
I even tried twitter to get some attention on this, but was ignored there too. I am beyond frustrated and disheartened at the lack of communication.
I guess I can take comfort in that ALL T6 reward packs from Lobi or lockbox are bugged and give the T5 ships. That is something they can't ignore for long or they chase off people buying keys.
And yep... support told me the T6 versions don't exist and I got the correct versions. Did LaughingTrendy lie to us with the advertisement? This is a sham of a support group. They need a swift kick to reboot them.

But honestly, this sounds not like something that support will end up fixing. It sounds like a bug, that will require an update. Maybe make sure you also report it as a bug...

Only reason I bought keys was for the Keldon T6. I love cardassian ships and wanted one for my captain. Now i'm questioning why I support this game.
The problem is I used the items to get the lower ranked ships. Even if it is a bug i am stuck with them without support's help.
Edit: there is no ingame bug submission on ps4 yet. Novel gameplan there folks.
Just got a reply after sending in a video of an unboxing and the blog advertisements. They apologized for misinformation and that a fix is in the works.
This is a bug on Xbox, as well. I pulled two of these in one night, redeemed both ships and got the Tier 5 version of each. Submitted a ticket a couple of days ago and still not a peep from customer service. Very unhappy.
Just had this problem, sent my ticket then came here for answers. I got lucky far sooner than PC lockboxes with a chance at a ship I really wanted (Keldon) and got the freaking Galor. Only upside is the Spiral Wave Disruptors. If we don't get the T6 ships why did they advertise them in the first place?
same thing has happened to me, picked up the Jem'hadar heavy escort carrier T6 but i got a T5-U. Friend just picked up the ship last night and its tier 6. im going on 4 days with hearing nothing from support.
I got a response stating that the Jem' Hadar Dreadnought Carrier is a t-5u. Of course I sent a reply back of how it's false advertising. All I want is my t6 that I was told I won. That was boxed labeled as a t6, and was wrote about on the web page.
If keys where free I would say fair enough and move on. But people are spending real money to try and get items that now apparently do not even exist. I bought 3000 zen and spent it all on keys to try and get a T6 ship from these boxes, now after I use all the keys you are telling me the ships where never really in there to start with?!?!?!?

You have effectively stolen the money of EVERY SINGLE PERSON who bought keys with real money in good faith under the impression they had a chance of getting one of those T6 ships.
Release month is one of the most critical times in a games life, build a relationship with your new customers and users, not immediately take a massive dump all over them straight out of the box.
First impressions and word of mouth will decide this games success or failure on console. So far we have had fake T6 box, still no console forum after 5 months that would take 1 person less that a day to sort out but you simply can't be bothered, game breaking bugs on a massive scale and virtually zero presence from any kind of arc employee on here. Oh and a ticket that has been sat there for 4 days without so much as an automated response.
This is not a time for patting of backs and running off on holiday like many game companies infuriatingly do after the release of a game, it should be all hands to the pumps making sure everything is as it should be.

We applied a server side fix to the shard which should be granting the proper T6 ship to people when they win it from a lock box, and anyone that won the ship before we applied the fix had the ship manually added to their inventories.
Our QA team is retesting the server side fix we made to ensure it's still running, and we'll be verifying that we didnt miss any of our previous ship winners with the T6 grant.
Everyone that wins the grand prize ship will get their T6 version as promised, and anyone that didnt get it will have it granted.
What about the 900 Lobi crystal ship that was listed as a T6 - Jem'Hadar heavy escort carrier. When I got mine it was T5 instead of T6. Will these be replaced with the correct T6 version as well?

They requested the name of the item missing and the character name as well as the time it happened.
The problem is...my original ticket had all that information already as well as screenshots of all relevant materials.
Makes me have zero faith in the process.
