Same issue. (Xbox One) I chose the Keldon T6. However I received a Galor T5. I submitted a ticket regarding the Keldon but have yet to hear back. Also have the JHEC T5, not T6.
I dont think they have finished replacing them yet since they have to do it manually. I still have a T5 Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier. I also just got the Dreadnought box in a key roll and it did give a proper T6 this time. Just waiting on the replacements for the T5 is all.
Awesome news on that dreadnought! The way the post read was like they already made a pass on grants/upgrades. It made me a think I fell into a "missed account" category.
Yeah, I had my t5 ships get upgraded to t6 via new boxes. I opened a dreadnought after that and got the t5 version. Still haven't received a t6 one. I opened a ticket almost a week ago without any traction again. Supports response time is horrendous.
