New Cardassian Keldon?

Reddit reports a new texture for the Keldon has appeared on the foundry on Tribble.

Could this mean we might be seeing some more cardassian content soon?

Ship texture revamps usually happen before some content drop.

    I'm guessing T6 Cardassian Keldon as an R&D Promo ship, they usually update the art assets of particular NPC ships before releasing said NPC ship to the players.​​

    Just throwing it out for the sake of discussion, but how about it becoming a Winter ship?

    Personally, I think it will either be in a future lockbox or R&D pack.

    Hopefully it will be lobi store T6 Keldon with the Hideki as a T6 lockbox ship with the Keldon able to launch Hideki pets.

    Don't want cardie or dominion faction, will not spend a dime on either. Will give Cryptic all my money if they make Cooperative faction though.

    Yeah but, the expansion included an updated model for the ToS connie and we still don't have a T6 version. In fact, I think the dev said it was completely rebuilt from scratch. :'(

    Not to be a bubble burster but with the Legacy of Romulus launch the Nausicaan Destroyer Escort also had its art/textures updated but turns out that was because they used it in one of the Romulan missions. It has yet to be added as a playable ship.

    They've updated the Cardassian uniforms and several face and hair features as well as their ground weapons. Now they've updated the Keldon. There will be a gamma quadrant expansion sooner or later, they are just getting ready for it.

Lol, I remember being in instances for 40+ minutes hammering on that thing, finally we get it to like 10% health ... and then it heals all the way back to full :( . And then of course there was the period of time before that when you could solo it with ramming speed and survive the impact, lol good times.

    Yeah, lots of people didn't understand that fight, and it didn't matter if you told them what to do in chat or PM, they didn't bother reading it and kept doing their thing, which let the entity heal. It's a shame, that fight was far more interesting than the Entity + Tholian fleet we have now, where all you do is spam attacks and fly away twice.

    funny enough you can do that in just about anything these days. even my kor can as long as I remember to use bio-molecular reactive shielding system or polarize hull, or really any resist bonus. but I like to undine set one cause then I send out my own shockwave. don't even need any upgrades ether.

    if I stop posting it doesn't make you right it. just means I don't have enough rum to continue interacting with you.

    Well... short of the Bleth Choas fighter... we're pretty much out of Breen ship designs unless they redo the massive capship. But I cant see them having a small craft as a winter event big prize.

    Or they just create some new Breen ship designs we haven't seen yet. I personally think the Breen ship aesthetic is lovely (in its own way), I hope we see more of them.​​

    Well... that is true iconians. They could. Although I don't think we'll see a Breen Science Ship anytime soon... We could use another cross faction Sci to help the KDF and Romulans with their lack of sci.

    Well I didn't much care for the TOS 'expansion'
    mini DLC
    , but saying I am not going to play it and hold my money (as if PWE needs you) and generally throwing emotional tantrums because something other than what I wanted isn't happening is just petty.

    I favour Cardassian expansion. It's long overdue, although the story is going to be pretty much the same as the Republic Rebel Alliance 2.0. But at least it will be something else beyond Temporal Feds and might give the other races the chance to catch up on content. The cooperative seem worth doing as well, but I'd rather see well known faction that has been covered in the series. And yes I am talking about DS9. Plus it gives Cryptic the chance to use their Admiral Leeta more and hopefully other cast members from the show.

    Wasn't trying to say I wouldn't purchase out of protest, not at all. Rather, I wouldn't buy a Cardassian ship mega pack because I wouldn't have any interest to. Just because they release something doesn't mean I have to buy it.

    However, the Borg are my all time favorite Trek race by a very wide margin, so if the Cooperative became a playable mini faction I WOULD buy the mega bundle, literally the second it went on sale, because that's something I AM interested in.
