Anyone able to get the Fireworks Accolade on Risa this year? I have gotten it previous on my other toons but this year I have not seen it yet... it says to see the fireworks at night time... I am on the piers/docks and standing there from before evening to the next morning and no fireworks... I see the Trill/Klingon pop up thou.
It doesn't happen every night. Look for a larger number of spectators sitting on the pier waiting for the fireworks.

Yeah, I now have the new Vorgon Xyfius Heavy Escort and now I have a problem. No matter which toon I claim it on, if I try to unlock it on a toon, or try to look at it with a ship selection officer, the game crashes. I got it, and opened it on my Engineer and the game crashed. I then logged in again and went to ESD to the ship selection npc; same result. I logged in a third time and claimed it on my Gorn KDF Captain and the game crashes a third time.

(When facing towards the lighthouse) with the larger moon to the left of the race finish line sign with the smaller moon, maybe an inch an a half above the sign. (Which puts the fireworks show in front of the moons when it kicks off)

Thanfully I never had to think of any such possible correlations. All my chars got it fast enough.

Think we can exchange the vouchers for spec points after the summer event has ended? We were able to do something similar (a buy back iirc) for other event vouchers but I forgot what events.
Is there a minimum level to participate? I wanted to give my Level 19 Temporal Agent a little R&R, and I can't actually enter the Risa system. I see missions there, but no actual option to enter the system.
