    Let's all remain civil and not turn this into a derailment. We're all after the same outcome at the end of the day, a more alt friendly situation across the game.

    I do agree that there are distinct differences between Lobi store items and unique event rewards, mainly that one gains the company money and the other does not. That said, I too would like to see changes to the Lobi store items to make them account wide even at a small cost of Zen, or even Lobi if they want to be really mean. I've only ever bought the odd outfit from that store because of the expense and the fact it's all character only unlocks. I actually have close to 2K Lobi sitting in my account bank but I refuse to spend it because I don't like one character having what others can't have. Sometimes I break my own rule if I really like a uniform, but that's it really.

    I think the issue here is, this thread relates directly to the current event and thus our push in this thread should be to draw attention to the unique event rewards so they don't forget by the time the next event comes round (it's highly unlikely at this point we'll see any feedback before the end of this event). I can certainly understand the 'fear' that if we start asking about Lobi store items in the thread, then they may ignore the other requests and simply shrug off the Lobi store idea as a non starter. However, if people feel strongly about it then they should say so as it's something I've been talking about for years now. I am already firmly entrenched in my decision not to start any new characters in the game until these issues start getting addressed because it just deflates my enthusiasm as soon as I remember all the things my new characters wont get that my older characters have.

    And yes my fear is that if people start to ask for everything EVEN if its just suggested, that the whole thing will be completly ignored by the company so we ALL lose, like i said i too would love to see lobi/lockbox/promotion stuff account wide unlocked AND i would definately pay some good zen per Item to unlock it for all Characters, yet still i did not mention it here (well i basically did now but whatever) in hopes that the full attention of Cryptic is on the Main Topic, the Event / Mission Unique Reward Account Wide Unlocks and nothing else, cause is that not what we all want???

    For any other suggestions/ideas that are not reletead to this thread, it would be great if people would open seperate threads for that and dont "blur" this one - again nothing personal against anyone, so dont get me wrong -

    with 42 Characters on my Main Account it bugs me as hell too that there are characters that dont have what other characters have so such a Account Unlock for all the Event / Mission Unique Rewards would be AWESOME :o

    Query: If i have the reputation event slotted but don't have enough time to finish it, can i finish the event at a later date with marks from a different event?

    Started a new character a few days ago and will end up a few days short for completing the event.

    (No objections here if you opt to extend the event by a week or so) :open_mouth:
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Only if it's the same kind of event, and I don't think Brandon's capable of receiving that message anymore anyway (at least not on that account). :p

    Isn't this precisely the kind of thing they said they were doing away with to achieve this "Exclusivity" nonsense? They didn't even have a buyback of leftover Anniversary tokens, except for a rather trivial "40 marks per 20 hours" thing after you got the grand prize, which ended when the event ended.

    That was event ships. This is "merely" an item (admiralty card).

    well finished the event on a main and a alt account character and now iam really hoping that they consider turning those Event and Mission Unique Rewards into Account Wide Unlocks like so many are asking for, ALL eyes are on you Cryptic so pretty Please with a tasty Gorn on top????? :o

    I was amused last night when I ended up putting the Breach Advanced when two players dropped out of the mission after they found out that the bug that lets them bypass the trench run got fixed. The other three of us did it with optional time to spare, so it didnt negatively impact me, except for the additional time it took to finish it with two less ships.

    Its pretty pathetic to leave the other teammates hanging like that but in a way, I kind of empathize with them in that the amount of grinding is frustrating. Doesnt excuse them though.

    Hey all. Just returned to STO after a long break and realized I'll come up a couple days short for this event. Is there any other method of obtaining the Voth Transmissions, or if I leave the progress active will the event return once more at some point? Or, in some crazy, mixed up galaxy, would Cryptic ever be likely to extend the event? Thanks.

    There are no other methods to get the Voth Transmissions at this time. As for your other questions, no one knows. Cryptic has not put out any official word on the subject. Nor have I heard of any unofficial word either.

    Given that other such events of this caliber have come back around and were completable at that time, I would hope that this at least would hold true for this event.

    It's missing your ridiculous amounts of capitalizing to get your point across. The only thing I found humorous was why you're even allowed to keep at it. And I would change "demand" to desperately impatient.

    My problem with the Breach is how badly designed the first section is. It’s basically a multiplayer mission designed for a single player to fly down a set path for x minuets.

    That makes a boring section both for the player in the fast ship who fly’s straight ahead for X mins and its boring for the other players waiting for the fast ship to do its job. Once you get inside then the mission becomes decent.

    Why not split up and run the trench separately? I usually hang back and wait that few seconds for the nodes to respawn, then do a "secondary sweep". When 2-3 players run the trench this way we come out faster.

    This, it goes pretty fast. Actually what I usually do is try to BE the fastest guy running down the trench, but usually I fail and end up following the guy who succeeded.

    Having to run 12 alts through the breach in 2 weeks feels more like punishment then reward or fun. As it is now I am not going to get it completed because my isp sucks and was down for 6 days and I am burning out on STO. Wish they would at least give reasonable time lines, like the entire month to complete a mission like "the breach" that is massively glitched to put it nicely.

    Well, there's the level 60 dreadnought, for one. There's also a bunch of collision errors inside the ship that have resulted in me becoming a permanent fixture in, say, the dreadnought bay, after briefly going away without shutting off my engines. Luckily, once the team attacked the power core, I was able to use the 'Rally at Power Core' command and continue the fight - but not before spending minutes trying to dislodge myself.

    Yeah, it definitely has bugs, I ran into another one where I got stuck on invisible geometry attached to the main power core and couldn't escape, but I wouldn't call it "massively glitched".

    Yep and I noticed its not part of the mission. As far as I can see its main goal is to distract you and make the mission take longer. All I do is gear for speed, fly to end and its over long before that bar gets to 100%.

    And can we please get an auto-boot system implemented for the AFK'ers. I've lost count of how many there have been! It seems like 50% of the time I've had 1 AFK'er in, and in a few case 2. It's infuriating Cryptic!! I don't mind carrying people who are under-powered, in fact I enjoy that, but why should I have to earn someone else's rewards for them!!!! *Continuing banging own head against wall*

    yea have those afker too every second or third run, always ""fun"" having those in the group :| but i have little to no faith in them doing anything against that, since its just a "temporary" event and ends soon, hopefully next time when its arives they will be a solution for that, and even more hopefully they look into the account wide unlock thing :#

    Hello, Captains! Sadly, i will not have enough time to complete the Breach event.
    I like the event and i like the Admiralty card too, but i am 2 or 3 days short.
    Another players are in the same situation, so:
    Cryptic, could you give us some extra time, please? Many gamers and their characters will thank you.

    After much effort, I am only going to get one character to complete this event. And only just barely, as in down to the last day. I would love it if they would extend this event for another week, between all of the internet issues, disconnects, failed runs and long work hours, I would really appreciate the option to have time to complete this on all of my characters.
