Lag, SNR, and DC is worse than before!

Trying to do the FE for this week. Currently stuck in ground combat with frequent SERVER NOT RESPONDING in excess of 2 minutes at times, dying repeatedly with no chance of preventing it (the NPCs have full capability but I don't, everything stalls then goes "Keystone Cops" to catch up with me standing there and taking damage but unable to act), totally unplayable. This is WORSE than it was before the "network upgrades". Whatever you did, you didn't fix it at all.

This is after the extended maintenance yesterday, after computer reboot, after router/modem reset.

I'm not going through the Cogent network, apparently, if you're still using it, but not exactly the same non-Cogent network as the last time I saw a change with the network "upgrades". I'm not saying you should use Cogent, not at all (COGENT SUCKS), but someone has to have a decent network to use!

Yesterday, post-maintenance, was nothing but SERVER NOT RESPONDING, DCs, lots of lag, and pure frustration.

    After leaving a Positive Feedback Yesterday that they did a Great Job with the Upgrade and Compensating for the Long Maintenance Time with the Dil and Marks Event, today i Must realize that it wasnt that Great at all, cause i have exactly the same Issue like the OP.....i was Just Kicked out of the Game 3 Times in a Row with Server not Responding...normaly i always had some Lag and Connection Issues between 8PM and 10PM other than that never had too much Trouble, now its 5AM over here, and i was Kicked 3 Times in a Row........cant say iam really Happy with this O_o

    i am using a hybrid router and tracer/pingtests don't work with those (or i haven't found a way).

    But since the last Patch the lag and disconnects got worse.

    I was hoping for the best ( after a 10hr patch) but i get disconnected several times per hour, i don't see visuals of my weapons, shields, abilities..., my Boff and Captain skills don't react or they ract with some second long delay (if i'm not dead by then), weapons are not firing, many times i am just stuck (esp. annoying in CCA when i can't move, can't even turn to get out of the Range of the entity) and then i have a lot of SnRs, several per minute. from 3-5 seconds to 30, 60 or even 120+ seconds

    Lol, yesterday i was on a fleet alert and almost every single player there was trying to advance and they were suffering rubberbanding all of em xXDDDD, i tell you it was hilarious. Imagine 5 players speeding up, then going back to the start location and so on. xD. Shame i didnt recorded that.

    Tried to buy 1 skill for my tact....5 minutes of snr's Not including the 2 damn d/c's....Lag is hORRIBLE
    Can't you People fix things? Or go flip burgers...Let people who know what they doing take over.

    Just tried to fly to Risa from qos'nos.....OMG the rubberbanding!!!!! And after 2 disconnects later...I'm going to neverwinter....a game that is PLAYABLE....

    Actually all cryptic games are a bit laggy. Not like STO, but they are lol. If you want to play something without lag, you should try something else. But lag is not always due to the game itself, unless you are pretty sure that there is no problem in your end.
